Therefore, it was mentioned yesterday that after we learn this worship, it is mainly when we personally schedule classes. This schedule may be morning and evening classes, or all day. As long as you have time, you can pray three times and do sans. Lessons are also fine.Or maybe we are in a group dojo where everyone has a consensus and can worship Buddha together.At this time, everyone can work together to implement the method of yoga and worship.
Yesterday, I also reminded fellow practitioners not to worship the Buddha's method of yoga and worship at the center of the Daxiong Hall, because we have a special feature, as the term says: yoga, among us, yoga is added. The characteristics of this yoga, the characteristics of yoga worshipping Buddha, not only incorporate the movements and spirit of yoga, but also have the benefits of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.So especially in the yoga exercise, we added one at the end, hands-up, hands-up movements, and we will give you a detailed introduction later.
People who have studied yoga will know this movement very well. I don’t want to move even more, so this concept of worshipping Buddha must first be reversed for everyone. The more we are tired and in bad mood, the more we must worship if we are in poor health! Because one of its characteristics is: as long as it is three Bye, after ten minutes of worship, you will immediately relieve your fatigue.This is the lowest, the most shallow benefit, and you can see it immediately.So like my personal habit, I don’t take the pads at any time, because we often have to use the computer to view the information, and our necks are easy to get sore, so we have to get up and walk around for an hour to take a rest.
Rest No matter whether you are lying down, sitting, or drinking tea, the relaxing effect is not as good as the three prayers. Use this method of yoga to worship the Buddha.So first establish this correct concept for everyone. When we think about our fatigue, we will immediately take out this method of worshipping Buddha to eliminate our fatigue, even if we are in a bad mood. I have not mastered the method of worshiping Buddha very well before. I can worship for two hours without any problem.It's just that after two hours of worship, I feel dizzy and have many side effects.Then, I believe that there is no problem with worshiping for three or four hours, and there will be no side effects.
During this process, if you are tired after half an hour of worship, you can sit and sit still for three to five minutes, adjust your breath and relax before continuing to worship.Because the whole process of worshipping is in a relaxed state, you won't be tired at all, this is a feature.In general, we worship Buddha for about one minute for three times. Then this method of worship should be at least ten minutes, and it is best to pray for up to twenty minutes. I have tried this.
So this means that we worship slowly. What is the benefit of slowness? It can relax our body and mind, and feel the obvious benefits right now, and avoid some side effects of wrong worship.For example, we usually worship very quickly. In fact, you worship very quickly, it is easy to get tired, and your body and mind are impatient. It is difficult to achieve our general purpose of worshiping Buddha: including subduing me slowly and developing respect, these basic purposes If you can’t reach it, you can imagine that worshipping Buddha is very fast. Who are you worshiping?
For comparison, this is what I have seen with my own eyes. Yesterday I mentioned an old monk, the old Rongling monk, our professor, Ah-Li, who bowed down for at least five minutes.A look at that prestige, from our appearance, you can see a person's heart, and what appears is really respectful.So why set a rough time for everyone: Three prayers should not be less than ten minutes, just to achieve this goal.We are truly from the bottom of our hearts, respectful and respectful, and earnestly worship the Buddha.And the slower this speed, the more we can calm our hearts.
And it can also achieve the goal we want to treat.Look at that qigong and taijiquan must also be very slow, so that it can cultivate qi and nourish qi.In general, people nowadays have poor kidneys. If the kidneys are not good, other problems can also cause problems. If other organs are not good, it will have an impact.Therefore, the spirit of spirit and energy, the spirit of spirit in Chinese medicine, is getting weaker and weaker. I'm almost discouraged, not like a normal healthy person.It's really like this, you'll know when you walk around on the road.
Especially in that kind of night life, people are really not like people, ghosts are not like ghosts, there is no spirit, no righteousness.Then this yoga worship Buddha can replenish qi and blood, because if the whole body is relaxed and the qi and blood are unblocked, all cells and some organs, including the hematopoietic function, will be activated.It can really be reborn! A body that is almost used can be remade. This is very magical! Because there is Buddha's blessing in it!
In addition, through the theories of Chinese and Western medicine, our physiology can be adjusted in the correct way.There are no side effects without taking medicine during exercise. There is no medicine without side effects.Therefore, I personally feel that I have tried many failed experiences in studying Buddhism for more than ten years, and I feel that it is really the most extraordinary.So the treatments I just talked about, large and small diseases, mentioned yesterday that they can treat depression, prevent Alzheimer’s disease, enhance memory and so on... Even cancer cells can be transformed, because our worship: is the body The mind is cultivated and purified together. Of course, the root of all diseases is the heart.
Then we can purify the whole mind through this worship, plus the blessing of Amitabha, so the cells can be regenerated and reborn.It is true that even cancer can be treated! But these benefits are the smallest and smallest benefits for what we want to promote yoga and worship. What are the biggest benefits? Our real purpose is mainly twofold: One is our expectation In the process of worshipping Buddha in this yoga, I just talked about not only eliminating all kinds of karma, diseases and other karma on our body, but also physical or mental karma. Furthermore, we hope to be able to communicate with Amitabha and get away from him in every prayer. Pulling closer and closer! Because Amitabha has never left us, it's just that we have heavy karma and we can't see it.So when our hearts calm down, and our hearts are very sincere, we miss Amitabha Buddha wholeheartedly, calling out his name, whether or not we chant a sound, we keep Amitabha Buddha in our hearts, and suddenly he appears before him. It's really possible! It's not that he is present, but we can see it suddenly, but this induction is not our purpose. It doesn't matter whether this is or not, don't pursue it, I just mention that it may happen by the way.
We also have fellow practitioners who only read Amitabha for a long time and immediately saw Amitabha. I am so envious! But let's not pursue it. This is because Amitabha feels that you need such blessings, and he will show this cause and fate to you.We don't need it, so He is not present, and we don't have to deliberately pursue it.But what are we pursuing? What we want to pray for in our hearts is: We hope that the distance between Nian Nian and worship Buddha will get closer and closer to Amitabha.
Then we can continue to improve, our trust in Amitabha, and strengthen our faith in the will to survive, that in the future when we die.Everyone has a share in the top grade! The top grade will die, and you will die standing and sitting, you can choose.You can also stand upside down, because this yoga has an inverted movement, but I didn't add it! This movement to learn the upside down movement requires money to learn from the teacher, and you have to sign up to learn it with a yoga teacher.

This is our real goal to promote yoga and worship Buddha.Because after all, we are cultivators. Even if our body is broken, it doesn’t matter. We are not pursuing health and longevity, but to walk better, which can strengthen the confidence of the fellow practitioners. This is also to save sentient beings on behalf of the Buddha! Walk easily, don't walk dyingly sick, of course, this is more perfect, which we can pursue! Why not do it?
Then, without knowing it, you may have attained the samādhi chanting. This is all possible.In the Yuantong chapter, "all six faculties are taken, and the pure thoughts follow one another." There is no need to ask, it will naturally appear.Look at Master Shandao, he has attained samādhi chanting in three years! Many people, as recorded in the death biography, are not capable of being able to recite samādhi in three years! Many laymen have attained samādhi chanting in three years!
During the Tang Dynasty in Chang'an City, when Master Shandao taught, many people who became monks at home had attained the samādhi chanting for only three years! So we worship Buddha through this yoga. Not only do we recite the Buddha every day, but it also eliminates the body’s troubles. Karma, physical and mental karma.It is absolutely inevitable to get into the samādhi of Buddhism without knowing it.Unless you don’t take it seriously, if so, three years will come naturally, which is not surprising at all!
And then there is another benefit that may be incidental to you: maybe, you have a better fundamental nature, you worship, and you suddenly become enlightened! Enlightenment is higher, and it is not necessarily true that you have attained the Buddha's samādhi. Enlightenment! Recite the samādhi: Samadhi is to receive meditation.So what we mentioned a few days ago, this meditation in the six-degree paramita, we can’t practice other meditations. If we practice this yoga and worship the Buddha, we may realize the kung fu of meditation and recite the Buddha without knowing it. Samadhi.
But this samādhi belongs to right receiving and right concentration.You have to ascend even further, because you can achieve concentration because of precepts, and wisdom can be derived from concentration.This concentration must be deep enough for the wisdom of the prajna to appear.Suddenly the bottom of the bucket fell off, and I realized it! What did I realize? I realized that the silence is the same, the movement is the same.That is, meditation, the kung fu of meditation is complete, this realm is very wonderful! You can easily enter into the Buddha worship, you can realize that the trouble is the bodhi, and the dichotomy of all kinds of oppositions is eliminated.
Master Hui, the sixth ancestor Hui Neng said: "Dharma is not two methods, two methods are not Dharma." Indeed, this realm is very high! We are only briefly mentioning it, not just listen to it and immediately understand it, and immediately enlighten it! You still No worship, at least you have to worship for three years! But when we talk about this goal, you should not be surprised when you enter this state! What is this? This is: Silent and Changzhao, according to And Chang Ji; stop observing the double movement, moving and quiet.The realm of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas!
How do you say it’s easy to fit in? Because we move when we worship, but because we worship slowly, we can go easily, our mind becomes sharp, our mind is easy to calm, and then it’s easy to experience In this way, in the middle of the movement, there is also a static and immobile Buddha nature, and it is easy for us to perceive its existence.We usually know that when we listen to the sutras, we know that Buddha-nature is omnipresent, and the ten methods are everywhere, but I can't see, touch, or smell! So if we want to talk about this self-nature, the more we talk about it, the more everyone listens. The more confused! It's not that people say it badly, but that it is originally very wonderful, we can't imagine it! So I won't talk about it.

In the past few years before I started school, I also liked to talk about it... The more people who talked about it, the more incomprehensible it means that the better I am, the more I understand it! It’s really not that we made a mistake, but This state is really not understandable by ordinary people.For example, Su Dongpo likes to talk about the sky most about staying up at night, but his wife heard that he was very fierce. When the stick was struck, the stick fell on the palm of her hand.He was so scared that he was trembling. His wife only wanted the Hedong Lion Roar. The allusion of this idiom came from his wife's side. When his wife roared, what kind of stick he had... immediately fell to the ground, frightened stupidly. , I am at a loss! He is just like this, this Tan Xuan said it is wonderful and first-rate, it is a talk about sleepless night, and it is not tired to talk all night, and it is very good to say.He is indeed very high-level, he understands the truth very high, but he has no real skills, so when you meet Zen Master Foyin, you will beat him with a fart. If you have heard of this koan, he does not have concentration, and there is no real one. effort.
Therefore, in this state, if you study from the teachings of the classics, it is also possible. Like I used to learn about the theory of self-nature, in this area, at least the relevant materials will be read for at least two or three years, and then there will be a little bit. Understand what they are talking about and what these words mean.But how much do you think the realm fits into? I dare not talk about it.If you can really understand a little bit, of course there must be a bit of realm, so you can understand it, but this level may be very superficial.
But if we really experience it through the practice, even if you haven’t learned the Prajna Sutra at all, you don’t know what Buddha-nature is? What is self-nature? I have never heard of it, but in fact, you have this. Kung fu is in it, you don't know it yourself, this is called a wonderful coincidence.In your walk, these self-nature bodies, these mysterious realms, have actually been revealed in your walk.But you don't know it yourself, so what you can talk about may not be what you can do, but if you can do it, as long as he has the opportunity to contact him, he will speak.
Like the sixth ancestor Hui Neng, when he was enlightened, he didn’t know any words at all! Then he was enlightened, and many people came here and asked him to teach, what should I do? He said: OK, then you can bring me the scriptures and give it to you Look, after taking a look, he immediately... just ask someone to read it to him, and he can explain it after listening.After he is naturally enlightened, he will have that kung fu, self-nature and body, and talk endlessly.Because that is what the self reveals, what is the self reveal? It is the feeling in my heart, I have already felt it, that is the feeling in my heart, of course I speak endlessly! Very simple, I just need to talk about it Just come out! So why can't someone tell it? Because he doesn't feel in his heart, right? There is no real skill, so the most important thing is to walk the door.
Then how can we have this kind of prajna wisdom feeling? It means to have concentration, sama and samādhi, wisdom is at the end.Then when we chant through Buddhism, we should stop and observe the double destiny. This is more direct. It is not only meditation, it also has insight.When you cultivate concentration, you usually just meditate, sitting there quietly, then this is concentration and wisdom that all exist at the same time, one body.We hold on at the same time: meditation, why is movement is meditation?
Then there is a quiet side to this movement, which is to cultivate concentration.But after you worship, you will gradually know by yourself that it turns out that this is cessation! When the mind is calm, when there is no delusion, it is cessation.But you can clearly see each of your actions, where you have done, what you are doing now, what is your state, and you can see clearly. This is the view.Do you have sedation and meditation, and concentration and wisdom exist at the same time, you can experience this state when you go to worship, it is called sedation and meditation.
At the beginning, you first realized what meditation is, but at the beginning there is no power, but after you know it, you will realize what meditation is, and then after a long period of exercise, you unknowingly accumulate power, your meditation There will be time.

This is a proof of Yuan Xiu Yuan, this one is faster.It's not concentration first and then enlightenment, it is concentration and wisdom waiting for holding and cultivating together at the same time, so its achievement is very fast.Suddenly you just worship so honestly, and suddenly, you are enlightened! And this enlightenment is not only samādhi, but even samādhi and hui are present at the same time. This is very extraordinary!
The best practice is the most complete! It is not a first-level, first-level practice. This practice is not from elementary school, middle school, or university. This is a direct doctoral course.Then you don’t know anything, how do you study for a Ph.D? It’s okay, don’t know! You just do this, and suddenly one day, you suddenly realize! Oh! The original Ph.D. course is like this: Yuan Xiu Yuan Zheng.
So let’s not underestimate the various deployments and methods of Buddha worship. You can enter this realm without knowing it.So the slower the better, the faster you will not achieve this effect.You can only get rid of physical diseases and psychological conditions, and get a little benefit. There is no way to enter the realm of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. It must be slow!
This is why we have to shoot again. Otherwise, I will use all of the worship method of Taoist Master. I think it is very extraordinary, but at that speed, it is more difficult to achieve this effect. It is also possible. It depends on the individual, but it is a comparison. difficult!
My own feeling, you can adjust it yourself, you love fast and slow, you decide for yourself, worship more, worship less, measure your own ability and motivation, and let the flow take its course.Let each stage be held happily, don't worry, just let the flow go.So don't think, oh! The bones are so hard... oh! My stomach is so big that I can't get down on my stomach.It doesn’t matter. The effect is the same as you measure your own ability. As long as there is stimulation, the most important thing is that your method is correct. The first one is slow, and the second is the standard movement.If your angle is slightly off, there will be no way to stimulate the part we want to stimulate, and the effect will not be achieved.For example: if you have a bigger belly, it’s okay if your hands can’t bend on the ground. You can temporarily bend your feet so that your hands can touch the ground. Then slowly, your bones will become soft in a long time, and you can do it naturally. Make the action more standard.
When we were learning yoga in the past, I saw one of them. She was the softest in the same mate, and she was the fattest. It was strange! How could she do it so thoroughly? It turns out that this fat is not an obstacle, but the main reason is Your muscles and bones need to be soft, and your muscles and bones need to be soft, so when we do this prayer, there is really no problem at the age of three to one hundred, and you can do it.Or do some of you now say, what should I do if I have high blood pressure? I feel dizzy! You have to worship if you have high blood pressure!

She said: Master, I'm dizzy!
I said: You rarely exercise!
She said: Yes.

Therefore, in the process of worshiping, we can unconsciously achieve the same movement, enter this state, and achieve the kung fu of meditation.What was the state at that time? "Silence is always shining, and still standing still" is the realm of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.This is not what we really want to pursue, because it is too high to imagine.But it may come out naturally, so if there is, congratulations! It is incidental, you can get it, and enter this realm.Then the goal we really want to pursue is: in the midst of our thoughts, we can talk to Amitabha! Talk to Him and communicate with Him! That's it, it's very simple!

This is the purpose for us to truly advocate yoga and worship the Buddha.In this case, we can die and be top grade.What we are after is that as long as we can rebirth, we must be enlightened, so we have not yet reached this state. The states just mentioned are okay. You can enter the realm of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as soon as you die.
After you have learned each stage, you can continue to learn the next stage.Because there is only one day today, so after learning this movement well, I will talk about the theory later, and then I will learn to visualize.Then if you learn, watch the CD by yourself, or study when you are practicing together.It is to learn the movement first, and then learn this visualization after one week.After you have fully learned the visualization, let it go, and just remember the Buddha's name when you worship.We try to be as slow as possible, preferably three prayers and twenty minutes.Then we...he was too fast in front of me.
