So we have to learn to worship Buddha further, and put this confidence in the practice, and put our faith in the rebirth and Dharma happiness on the practice. .If you are truly confident in rebirth, you will definitely feel close to Amitabha, and you will be very grateful.Then you will naturally and willingly break away from evil and practice good, and recite the Buddha honestly.
I have also changed a lot myself. I used to study Buddhism...really, I didn't really like to study Buddhism, because at the beginning I studied teachings with old monks. Many of our classmates don't like Buddhism, especially when we are young.At that time, when I first came into contact, how old were the young people to be honest? No! We saw the old monk preaching very solemnly. We learned the teachings from him, and hoped that after learning the teachings, You can go back to the last life, but of course you will eventually die anyway.
But if we ask us to recite the Buddha honestly from the beginning, it is really not interesting and very boring.Because I don't understand the merits of Buddha's name, and I don't know Amitabha Buddha, why should I recite him? That's for sure.But then, of course, through more than ten years of cultivating the teachings, then I knew that it was Wan Dehong's name to truly appreciate the merits and virtues of this Buddha name.
To recite a Buddha, all the merits of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are included in it.If we want equality, and are afraid of reciting this but not that, then you can recite Amitabha directly. Everyone can recite it, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Medicine Buddha...all of them can be recited.Only Amitabha is the king of Buddhas, and he represents all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, so after you truly understand the merits of the Buddha's name, you will slowly be willing to recite the Buddha.
But this kind of person is willing to recite the Buddha, knowing that he should recite, but still having no joy in recitation.So when the room is closed-retreat, because I didn't understand it at the time, I thought it was necessary to recite Kung Fu, and then because I knew that I should recite it, because the merits of the Buddha's name are very special and should be recited. If I did not recite, how could I die without Kung Fu? So in the past, I was very reluctant. I closed the door and recanted Buddha. I couldn't rejoice, and I would get angry at the end of the reading.
Why? I can’t see Kung Fu! I’m still young now, I’ve been reading for a long time, and I’ve closed the door all day. I don’t have any kung fu, and there are still so many delusions. What should I do when I grow old? I will be nervous, afraid, and worried. , And then finally got angry, very helpless, helpless, unable to find a solution, you must be angry in the end! But now Buddha recitation is different. I like to recite Buddha a lot. It's really a one-hundred-eighty degree change. I recite Buddha whenever I have time.I really hope to do everything, including sutras, and everything that should be done as soon as possible. I want to come to Buddha whenever I have time.This is a different state of mind in the past few years. I have made a very clear change of this kind. Then I thought about it, because we can truly develop the faith in the rebirth through the teaching of Master Shandao.
There is a prerequisite for this, that we really recognize ourselves, we are ordinary people of sin, life and death, so we can only rely on Amitabha.Before we are truly XNUMX% willing to rely on Amitabha, we must first recognize, accept this fact, and realize that we are sinful life and death ordinary people, and truly see our own karma, instead of thinking of ourselves as before. Very arrogant and great, and I still have a little ability on my own.
So because I saw and realized this fact, my arrogance was slowly subdued, and then I really admitted that my karma was deep, so when I was chanting, I thought: How can I recite the karma quickly? Afterwards, I thought that we should learn to worship Buddha with our hearts. In the past, we usually chant or practice sutras when we have time. This is the most common practice.
In the early days, we worshipped Buddha in the Buddhist monastery of Singapore. Because of the long time, we had to check in, and we had to check in every day. We chanted Buddha for eight hours in it, and we had to get up in the middle of the night. We were relatively small at that time. The sky is inside, the time is long, maybe the air is not good, it’s all air-conditioning, for various reasons... and the way of worshiping Buddha is wrong. I often feel dizzy when I worship, and I think I’m anemia when I worship.
Why do I have no dharma for praying, and then I feel dizzy, and my eyes are full of gold stars, twinkle and twinkling, and I often feel weak after the worship, and there is no dharma for joy. The real reason was not clear at that time, but later I felt that I don’t want to worship the Buddha very much. It’s safer to practice practice. Otherwise, I will faint over there and get dizzy. Now I know that it turns out that our method of worshiping Buddha is wrong. There are many key points.
An analogy says: You can’t pray with your eyes closed. Some of our fellow practitioners just think, pray with your eyes closed and visualize it. As long as you close your eyes, you will get dizzy. This is a physiological problem.Furthermore, it means that the speed cannot be too fast. It is no good to worship too fast. If you want to worship so fast, you should simply go for a run and do other more intense exercises.
To worship Buddha, we want to inspire our respect and subdue our slowness, and we must worship slowly to feel respectfulness. Your worship seems to be pounding garlic, aggressive... How can there be respectfulness? It seems to say that I will finish worshiping quickly. I'm about to finish, coping, how can there be respect? So I can't be fast, this is also to be avoided, it will cause irritability, lack of respect, and then easily dizzy. At that time, I feel like it is anemia, but it is worshipping too. Soon, the blood will not return in time, and the circulation will not be smooth.
For us, worshipping Buddha is the fastest way to eliminate karma. Everyone has to learn it. Sooner or later, Buddhist disciples must pray at least three prayers! Sooner or later, if you don’t worship the Buddha and three prayers, you will be too confused! At least you were the last one. Fragrant, let's pray three times to the Buddha! So you must learn it, don't learn it, there will be side effects if you do it wrong, if you learn it, we can truly and respectfully achieve that effect.So later I thought, I became interested in chanting Buddha, and I thought that now the time of chanting Buddha is getting longer and longer, so I might as well study Buddha worship with my heart.

With this mind, I met this Daozheng Master, and she has a CD-ROM of worshipping Buddha in circulation.I've heard her publish a book before: "Worshiping Buddha and Medicine" because she is a doctor and a Western medicine, so she is very dedicated to advocate Buddha worship, from a medical point of view, to attract everyone to worship Buddha.
That’s because I saw this book a long time ago, but I didn’t have time to turn it through, and many people couldn’t understand the decomposing actions in her book. This is the learning experience of some people who followed her and published on the Internet. Speaking: I learned her worship for one month, two months, two months, and three months, so I learned slowly.
In the early days I saw that book and I didn't read it very much, so the cause was immature. Later, when I really wanted to study Buddha worship seriously, I got a CD-ROM. It would be clearer if I looked at the CD-ROM.Therefore, the basic movements of my yoga worship Buddha are all adopting and adopting the disc of the Taoist Master.Because I think she is very attentive, she explains very clearly every decomposing movement of this disc.

It doesn’t matter to us if we don’t become enlightened, and it doesn’t matter to people who study Buddha.
But it can help us to get closer and closer to Amitabha. When we worship Buddha, we are making love with Him.It can help us strengthen our faith, strengthen our confidence, and have a willingness to be born.What's more remarkable is that after we pray for a long time, maybe because our body must be healthy and our calves are strong, we might be able to stand for three days in the future and die while standing. There is hope.It can be predicted that the time will come, and it can end without disease.
This is worth doing and working hard.Anyway, we have to recite the Buddha, so why don't we study hard? And worshiping Buddha is originally to cultivate our good roots.Respect Buddha: This is to subdue our slowness, this enhances our respectfulness, and this is also to increase our good roots. Nothing can greatly increase our good roots than worshiping Buddha.
So I felt that I happened to encounter this cause and condition again, and I felt that her method of worshipping Buddha was similar to our previous self... The worship method that we imagined had no side effects at all. After I studied it myself, I felt very good.Then I will go one step further, because I will have some experience in the process of worshiping.
And I have also heard before that there is a Master Da Xing in Taiwan. He can also see his information on the Internet. He is a Chinese medicine practitioner and he also advocates worshiping Buddha.I have paid attention to this information before and thought it was good, but I didn't take it very seriously because I didn't make the effort to recite the Buddha, let alone study the Buddha.But I know that the information is very good, so I also used it. It is from the perspective of Chinese medicine and the acupuncture points, which can stimulate the reflection areas of the acupuncture points during the process of worshipping Buddha.

I used to learn from a teacher and learned from a teacher. of.Then I think yoga is really very good. Yoga has a history of more than XNUMX years in India. Most people regard yoga as just curing diseases and strengthening the body, practicing some movements and stretching movements. This can already be very good. Effectively, many diseases can be treated.
But in fact, yoga can also get a higher level of body-mind combination. Yoga itself, as translated by Master Xuanzang, the meaning of yoga in this explanation is: the unity of nature and man is the corresponding combination and harmony, which means.So this has a lot to do with our practice. We have to be one with Amitabha Buddha! So during the process of worshiping, I was thinking about how to be one with heaven and man?
The Dao Zheng Mage worshipped faster, and I felt that it could not achieve this level of effect.So I thought about the need to make another adjustment. The basic movements are the same as those taught by Daozheng Master. I added a little bit and added a few movements to stimulate the acupuncture points, as well as yoga movements. All the tendons we pull are worshipped in one direction. If you pray four consecutive times, For five hours, I was afraid that your neck would be sore. I kept worshiping like this. But when my teacher taught yoga before, he told us a trick. There are many yoga movements, hundreds of thousands of types, and every movement has its own characteristics. This role, but how to allocate each action?
Today, if we have to do ten actions, how do we choose these ten actions? She said that there is a principle: one must be one after the other, for example, this action is to pull forward, and the next one is to pull back. , This way the stretching will be more balanced and the effect will be better.And to avoid some ills, our Buddha worship will not be tired. If you have time to pray for four or five hours, but all go forward, although your body will not be tired, I am afraid that you will have problems with your neck for a long time.
This is inevitable. If the body is not used properly, it will still have advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, in order to avoid such a result, and to further strengthen the effect of stretching, we will add it after the prayer is over. A yoga movement pulls this tendon back to achieve a balance.
So in the end, I added this action, pulling both hands forward, but here I want to remind everyone that this action should not be done when you go to the Daxiong Hall. You don’t know if you stand in the middle. Pull this hand, people think you are possessed. , How did this person do it? That’s because everyone hasn’t seen it before, and it’s strange that he doesn’t know that you are doing yoga, and some people don’t even know what yoga is.Then we advocate this yoga to worship Buddha, the main intention is to allow ourselves to study at home, as a set lesson, we chant the way of Buddha.
In other words, fellow practitioners can set up a period of time for everyone to practice together and worship Buddha together.Then you will not slack off in cultivating together and worshiping together. You will worship for at least an hour, and then you will worship each other. You don’t need to act in the same way. Just relax yourself. This is fine.In other words, when you set a lesson, you should pray. This is not inconsistent with our usual and traditional methods of worship. It is just to learn a kind of kung fu. Usually, when you go to the main hall or the chanting hall, you usually try not to pray in the middle, but to pray beside you. .

(XNUMX) Yoga Buddha worship has a different effect from traditional worship
Because of our worship, one prayer is at least ten minutes, usually three prayers to Buddha, I mean three prayers and one questioning, at least ten minutes after the prayer.Normally we pray three times, and it takes about one minute. If you stand in the middle for ten minutes and finish the worship, don’t the people behind you wait for half a day? It will affect others, so it’s not suitable. We should also be for the public and for the sake of others. .
On the one hand, we must also avoid misunderstandings. I don’t know what you are doing. I’m alone over there... When you see it, we’ll ask the chairman to demonstrate it, and you’ll know.However, I must first make it clear that I have to distinguish the term of yoga worshipping Buddha from the traditional method of worship.These are two different functions, which are not inconsistent with the usual worship method and do not need to be changed.When you go to any monastery or temple, the same one-handed worship is just like three prayers to the Buddha.
This is for working hard by oneself and for practicing Kungfu. It is not for practicing Buddhism samādhi, but for practicing the kung fu of communicating with Amitabha Buddha, and practicing this to cure diseases and strengthen the body.Even practicing meditation without knowing it is a method of our own practice. It does not conflict with the Buddha worship that we generally learned before, and the effect is different. So I need to explain this to you first.
Then, the method of worshiping Buddha, we will teach in more detail in a class tomorrow. Why did we just talk about it, if we study with Master Daozheng, read the book by ourselves, or some people watch the CD, he can also learn it For a long time, because he has not yet mastered the method of learning.Then I teach this method of worshipping Buddha. I will learn it quickly. I will divide it into three stages: The first is to learn the movements first, and then you watch the CD. After we record it, you can watch the CD by yourself. There are also three stages.
In the first stage, learn movements first, and you will be familiar with it after about a week, and then learn visualization in the second stage.If you learn at the same time, you must not be able to learn it for two or three months. In the second week or so, when you learn this movement well, you will let it go.At the beginning of the second week of worship, just think intuitively, learn to visualize, and concentrate on visualizing. After about another week, after the visualization has been learned, then formally worship. You have learned everything and formally worship.
Don’t think about the previous movements, don’t think about the visualizations, just let them go, and just put one sentence Amitabha in your heart. It’s very simple! If this is the case, then you just think: Then just recite Amitabha directly. You don’t need to learn visualization. That is different. After you have learned visualization, when you only have this Buddha sign in your heart when you worship, that power is very strong.And sometimes we inevitably have to play delusions. If you learn to visualize, the delusions you play out are just part of the visualization, and you won’t think of other things.This merit is very different. This is the second order of learning methods, and it also has its key points.
If you learn the method wrong, the effect will be much worse.Then comes our way of worshiping Buddha. Buddha worship itself is a kind of repentance, it is a kind of repentance of karma.We generally know that worshiping Buddha is easy to eliminate karma, and it is a practice to repent of karma.So when we worship, we use two moods: One is to repent of my karma since the beginning of the calamity.We really want to admit that we are karma, this sin karma is life and death.
And what about the other side? It’s to have a heart with Amitabha! Because we have a lot of karma, so when I pray, when I chant the Buddha's name in my heart, I think about the desire to interact with Amitabha. That kind of mood, worship with this kind of heart.Don't say that I worship Buddha like a normal person, I'm going down once, two times, three times... I keep counting.

That kind of mood is disorganized, and it’s not easy to follow the Buddha. I am doing performance! I am practicing Kung Fu! So this mentality should also be mastered very well.Then today we will ask the chairman of the board to give us a demonstration. Let me briefly introduce this worship to the Buddha and the characteristics of this worship.The characteristic of worshiping Buddha, first of all, we must first adjust the mentality of worshiping. The slower the action of worshiping the Buddha, the better, and it can be three to twenty minutes.Yesterday, I did not know it for XNUMX minutes, and I was shocked! Generally, we can worship for XNUMX minutes, and it’s pretty good.
Then why emphasize slowness? Because this method of worshipping Buddha is to relieve our fatigue and relax us.So usually when we come to worship Buddha, we think... That’s great, I’m very tired now, I will go and worship three times.It’s not like the previous concept. I’m at work today, and I’m half dead. Thinking of worshipping Buddha, I’m out of strength. This concept needs to be adjusted first.
Because this method of worshiping Buddha is very slow, and this method is actually very comfortable after the worship, because it has the characteristics of yoga in it, so we must first establish a correct understanding of this method of worship, and we must change our impression of it. This way we will like to worship.In the future, it is best to pray five or six times a day, six or seven times, three times a day for ten minutes.As long as you are tired, like we play on the computer for an hour, the shoulders and necks will feel very sore. Go to the prayers, and relax after the prayers.
So when it's convenient, we put a yoga mat at any time, flat, then you don't need to collect it, you can also store it conveniently in the office.Because this method of worship is slow, you must put something on your knees so that your knees won’t hurt.In this case, you will feel like worshiping Buddha very much. As soon as you have time... when you are tired... or when you have time, you will want to go to worship for three times, chat with the Buddha, and then relax your body. Will be tired.
After the worship, it makes us feel comfortable and circulates the blood.And it’s incredible. Once you go down, your body will get hot, and when you go down three times, your whole body will sweat.So even if it is three prayers in the morning and evening, you have enough exercise a day, not to mention basic health preservation, this goal will be achieved.We humans need to have a basic amount of exercise every day. If we don't do it, our body is prone to problems. Therefore, we can achieve this effect by praying to the Buddha three times in the morning and evening.
Therefore, it is very important to establish a correct concept for everyone! You must change your past impressions of Buddha worship, thinking that worshipping Buddha is a very tiring thing. You are practicing Kungfu and doing your homework. Then you may worship. I didn't want to worship in three days.Therefore, we must know that this prayer is to help us relax our body and mind when we are tired. Any emotion or physical condition can be worshipped. It can be learned from three to one hundred years old, because it is very gentle. Very slow.
This time, we will have three people come to demonstrate with us, and everyone has his own characteristics.If you have mastered some key points in the future, you will also show your own experience. Just master a few key points.In this small place, you will have your own experience. The characteristic of Dharma worship can achieve the benefits that we mentioned first, basically for the body, that is, it can achieve effects that other sports can't achieve.
For example, in our other exercises, there is no way to massage our internal organs. Our internal organs: heart, liver, stomach, spleen and large intestine, internal organs, uterus, ovaries, internal organs, internal organs, how do you exercise? What exercises can stimulate ?No way! You have to press with your hands, and it is impossible to press the entire internal organs, so what should you do?

We have joined this Da Xing Master. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, from the point of view of the acupuncture points, it stimulates our brains and the pituitary gland: it can prevent us from Alzheimer’s disease, and it can enhance our memory and improve our intelligence.
Then the internal organs massage is when we bow down at ninety degrees, because there is a special angle, so it can stimulate the internal organs, so we can stimulate it by the way during the process of worshiping Buddha, and other exercises can’t stimulate it. Viscera.As long as the internal organs are massaged, all the organs in our body will become healthier and healthier. If there is any disease, it will be better after a long period of worship.
You see, the body and mind are harmonious. Our worship is very slow, which will relax your body and mind. As long as you relax, we will follow this path. If the body and mind are relaxed, our cells will return to normal and our hearts will be easy. calm down.Therefore, other sports cannot achieve many aspects of this achievable effect.
And this worship is not tired, you will find it very strange, why any exercise, and the amount of exercise, the effect of exercise is great, it sweats a lot, but it is not tired, this is not other exercises, other exercises are done. It will be very tired, even if it is jogging, it will be very tired. This worship will not be because it has the blessing of Buddha!
And through stretching, this kind of exercise of yoga itself is very gentle, which makes your blood flow smooth while stretching.The qi and blood flow in our body. The oxygen in this cell increases, and the oxygen increases, the spirit will be a hundredfold.Therefore, when we are tired, we will pray three times, but we will be very energetic. We will not feel more tired after the worship. Therefore, we must worship Buddha with a feeling of enjoyment, and the whole concept must be reversed.
It’s best to get into the habit at any time. Bring worship pads. It’s a convenient place to put them. There’s a small corner where you’re going to work. But after we look at it, we have an impression. We often see the deeper the impression. When we worship, you will suddenly become enlightened and enter that realm: "There is no difference between movement and silence, but silence always shines, and still remains silent."

Because people have inertia when you worship once, you keep doing this action, don't run away after three worships, the feeling still won't hold.Worship for a while, more than half an hour, then the atmosphere will extend when you do other things.No matter what you do, you will feel that you are doing very well and very efficiently, because your mind is quiet, your movements are gentle, not panic, and orderly, then you will definitely do better.
So we learn this Buddha worship is very practical, not only to achieve the benefits of Buddha worship, but also to extend it to our lives, your work, and the quality of dealing with people.This is for everyone to experience. You first learn the method and visualization. After you know the general theory, and worship with this correct attitude, you can realize that this effect is really there, and you will know it only after you worship.

The yoga teacher who taught us before, started learning yoga at the age of forty, and she couldn’t cure her illness, neither did Chinese medicine, nor Western medicine. It was very serious. She worked hard for seven to eight hours a day.
