A mortal.But in fact, why did he show this way, because he also told us that we can become Buddhas by doing so.He can, so can we, if he manifests this unpredictable, supernatural power, then we think he can, we may not, because he is different from us, he is not a mortal, so he manifests the same as ours A process of life growth, then, is acting for us to see.

  So the teaching of Buddhism is not superstition, it is a very high level of art.Many people like that of Christianity and foreigners. He said that we are polytheistic and low-level religion. This is wrong because he doesn't understand.This is a teaching of very high art. Guanyin Bodhisattva is not an idol. He represents compassion. He wants us to learn the method of compassion and inspire our own compassion.Amitabha, why is he called the King of Buddhas, because he expresses his own nature.Everyone has the nature of Buddha, so every Buddha and Bodhisattva has his expression. He is a teaching subject, and he is very three-dimensional. Why is he highly artistic? Because he is very three-dimensional, he will directly show it to you, no It's only flat, so it's not understood by laymen. After you really understand it, you will find it really incredible.Okay, that scripture says "Who is the witness.Sakyamuni."Buddha Shakyamuni is the fourth Buddha among the virtuous robberies, and the next one, Maitreya Bodhisattva, will come to show, probably in XNUMX billion years from now!Then his full name is Shakyamuni, Buddha is a general name, as long as people who have attained perfect wisdom are called Buddhas, we can all become Buddhas in the future, we are also Buddhas now, we are confused Buddhas..., we can’t say that, we are the future Buddhas. , We have perfect Buddha-nature, not bad at all.But we are still blocked, so we have to develop confidence in ourselves. There is a kind of "Buddha slowness" in Tantric Buddhism. He visualizes himself as a Buddha during his practice, but this is not possible. There is no foundation. You can't just do it. Fix this method.

that.."Great tragic wish.Shows the birth."It's because he came again with a wish, which is to have compassion for all sentient beings."The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas must have great compassion as their body. This is mentioned in the Samantabhadra Vows. Without sentient beings, there will be no Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who make this aspiration to save sentient beings. It is to see the suffering of sentient beings, so he has the aspiration. Come to this manifestation, come to speak for us.So he was born in India, why was he in India at that time?Because...why?Wasn't born in China directly?There are backgrounds for this, because at that time there were about ninety-six kinds of foreign ways in India, and some said that there were ninety-five kinds of foreign ways. They already had some meditation skills very high, but he could not improve it further, so because everyone The atmosphere of spiritual practice is very strong.If everyone is unwilling to practice, the Buddha will never go.Or the blessings are great, and everyone just wants to cultivate blessings, so that the Bodhisattva goes, and the Buddha doesn't need to go.When sentient beings have feelings, the Buddha can respond. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will give you whatever they need. He has no intention of his own.That's because there were so many practitioners in India at that time, and he had already attained a very high level. Then he had no way to go up there, no one could solve it, no one could reach ultimate consummation, only the Buddha could help them.So the Buddha showed the place where he is now, just to help them ascend and reach a state of ultimate consummation.If someone does something, the Buddha will not do it, sentient beings don’t need it, and the Buddha will not add flowers to the cake. If no one can do it, he will go there. Then the karma and practice at that time will be more mature. .

   "At the Palace.Find the distance.'Then he was born in the palace, his name is Prince Siddhartha, he is a person who will inherit the throne in the future, so of course his life is very luxurious, and then he... because once he went to the palace and left the four gates. When traveling, he saw birth, old age, sickness and death.Seeing old, sick, and dying, he felt disgusted and renunciation. He would think about it. I enjoy this way every day today, but it will be the same in the future.Everyone inevitably suffers from old age, sickness and death. Then come one more door, and he sees a sandman who is very solemn, so he develops a spiritual heart, and he hopes to completely solve the problem of life and death, and then also solve such a problem for all living beings. problem.Because he really felt those pleasures, these pleasures in the world were not final. At that time, when he wanted to become a monk, his father was of course very nervous!Once he became a monk, who would inherit the throne in the future?He tried his best to dispel his thoughts, married him, and gave birth to a child, but when the time came, he became a monk, so the bottom is that because of various obstacles, there is no alternative, he sneaks away.He can’t help it, he is a prince, and his father wants him to inherit the throne. There is really no way he can do it for him. His name is.... Some people say that this kind of abandonment is like..., most of us don’t. If this can be done, ordinary people must fulfill their social responsibilities and family responsibilities must be fulfilled.But the Buddha is different. He has a way to go back and really save the vast number of sentient beings. You must have this ability, yes, otherwise we will do it step by step.

At that time, his palace was heavily guarded, so he had to sneak away, taking advantage of the dark and high winds to write here"Yeyucheng.'To pass is to pass."People don't know."The palace is heavily guarded, how can anyone not know?Because there is the Jingju Tianren and he has supernatural powers, he puts the masses in a sleepy state, and then there are four heavenly kings holding the horse’s feet, the horse’s feet, just flying, flying over, this is called Over city night over city.Flew out of this city.

That’s why it’s like this when we see some videos playing, the horse flies over with the Buddha like this,"Enter the snow mountain." ThatWhen he first started to become a monk, he went everywhere to find teachers and visit Dao. He had to worship the teacher first and learn. During those five years, he also visited a lot of outside Dao and learned a lot of outside Dao methods, but he felt that all No matter what, he felt that there was no way to really solve some of the old, sick, and dead problems he had seen.Well, because each of our beings is inherently Buddha-nature, he has that wisdom, he has that wisdom, so he knows that the external methods are not ultimate, there is no way!What if I can’t find a teacher to teach?He is too clever and too wise, because he is the Buddha, and he came again after manifestation, so he can see that this is the good root of the old world, we generally talk about the good root of the old world.He knew this wasn't the answer at a glance, so he had to go to self-cultivation, he went to the snow-capped mountains, and then he practiced asceticism.Let us not be scared away when we hear about ascetic practices. It seems that learning Buddhism must be very hard, but it is not.If you look at Hua Yan, you will know it, and you will know the riches and honors of the Buddhist school. All the functions of the "Hua Yan Sutra" are the best. The kind of goodness is already supreme, and the highest is the most useful.

(two) Really know how to practice, now the world of bliss

  Then why do you want to practice asceticism?Because...actually, true asceticism is not just this kind of labor in our body. The asceticism we are talking about is against our defilement habits. We like them. What is our usual habits?Five desires and six dusts!Cai Se's famous food sleeps, right?We have been afflicted with this habit of hedonism, and how did we humans come to be born into humanity?People say that this love does not give birth to a satanic woman. We are moved by the desire to come to this humanity, so we have to feel very ashamed to come back to be human again.If we are still greedy among the five desires and six dusts, then we have to practice asceticism and we have to go against the path. This is suffering!You usually want to do this, but you can't do it now, restrain yourself.When your habit is gone, then you are at ease. You are no longer craving, and you are no longer attached. At that time, it is like acting, just like Buddha and Bodhisattva acting in a play, following sentient beings.If you love pleasure, I will accompany you!Like Lay Vimalakirti, he goes to a restaurant to save sentient beings. If he doesn't interact with them, he can't save those sentient beings. He must get along with sentient beings. At that time, it doesn't matter if you eat well and use it well. There are no taboos. .Therefore, the main reason is that our habit is still there. When we become attached and craving, we should stay away. When we no longer have this craving, there is no such habit, then there will be no such stubbornness, just like Elementary school students, the teacher said that this is no good, that is no good, and he takes care of a lot.

  When you arrive at university, then you will be at ease. You only need to hand in a paper. As long as you have grades, you know what you are doing, and you can be responsible for your own cause and effect.So don't be scared when you hear about practicing asceticism. Some people say that you have to be a vegetarian in order to learn Buddhism.Of course it’s best to eat, and it’s okay if you don’t.Because we still have a lot of habits and problems, we must quickly get rid of them.So in fact, let’s not regard this practice as hard. In fact, at the beginning of the practice, because your living habits are different from the previous ones, you often feel a little bit uncomfortable. In fact, you really find the right way. Now, you will easily have Dhamma joy, and then you will enjoy it.The kind of happiness that arises at that time is true happiness, which will not be lost and will not have sequelae.The happiness in our world now, to make it clear, all the happiness in the world is fake, and none of it is true. This is called bad suffering, and it will deteriorate.You eat, don’t you feel sad if you eat?right?

No matter how strong your feelings are, there will still be all kinds of suffering in the end. This is not the end.The world is pure bitterness.It seems that this world is bittersweet, but if you study it carefully, the Buddha told us that happiness in this world is a kind of bad suffering, and it is not real.So when you taste that kind of true Dharma joy, you will enjoy it, and you will feel that practicing is a very happy thing. We must put the limited time of our life entirely on this.So some people say, Master, is it a pity for you to become a monk at such a young age?What do I say is a pity?What is a pity?Therefore, he has to understand that when he tastes this joy, you will naturally be involved in it. Instead, he will see that people in the world are really doing karma for these things every day!Eating and drinking Lazard, creating karma, and then in the end, nothing was taken away. Instead, a lot of karma was created.But we smart people, if we know how to grasp the time to practice, then our pure karma will be taken away!Our wisdom can be taken away!And in this process, you are already very happy. If you really know how to practice, you can do it right now, and the world of bliss can now appear.So we all encourage each other, you may not feel it at first, but you have to learn to do it, and you can feel it after you learn to do it.

  Then he"Into the Snow Mountain.Asceticism.In six years, Xi Jiding', He himself eats one hemp and one wheat every day, which is very painful."From the set.Coming out of the mountain.Sit under the tree.The heart mirror opened.'When he was six years old, he was completely ascetic, eating a hemp and a wheat, eating almost no food, and then he was as thin as a skeleton. Later, he found that something was wrong, so that he couldn’t really achieve Consummation. wisdom.why?Deviation, this is a kind of partial asceticism, neither partial suffering nor partial happiness is one of the middle way, a real practice like the Dharma, he himself has noticed it, so that extreme asceticism can't prove this ultimate wisdom.So he got up from meditation, and then he sat under the so-called Bodhi tree, and then he made a vow, if I don’t enlighten, if I don’t attain enlightenment, I can’t afford to sit here, and he sends this kind of braveness. Mind, as a result, he was fully enlightened under this Bodhi tree.After the great enlightenment, he said one sentence. He said: "Wonderful and wonderful! All sentient beings have the wisdom and virtues of the Tathagata, but they are clinging to delusions and cannot achieve them." This sentence tells us very clearly that it turns out. Every sentient being can become a Buddha, why not become a Buddha or be a sentient being?Because delusion attachments are what we just talked about, Nian Nian Nian...The ten worlds of Dharma came out, created the three worlds, all kinds of things, we are now going to return all these delusions to one thought, our Dharma realm will be Junyi, living in a realm of truth, is the realm of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.Cultivation is as simple as that. After we clarify the concept, we will not be wrong in our direction, that is, we will go on the path of Buddhahood. Of course, we must work hard on the details, and we need a lot of help to achieve us. , So we can't stop listening to the scriptures.At this time, after the Buddha's great enlightenment, they all had magical powers and they were very happy, and then"Magic.'Wow~ At this time, the devil is very scared. One person will be out of his jurisdiction when he becomes a Buddha, so we don’t have to worry about it now. Let’s sit quietly for three to five years, to take care of our body and mind, habits, and karma. At the same time, he also cultivated blessings, and worked hard in three to five years.

  If you work hard, you will slowly gain some realm at that time.But in this process, we have established a very right view, how to treat those realms and how to treat them, so there will be no problem.But you just can't leave the good knowledge. You must follow the good knowledge and follow the scriptures. If you look at it yourself, reading the scriptures is easy to misunderstand.So as long as those who follow the law do not leave the good knowledge to sit there, there will be no problem, and work hard for three or five years.Some people say, alas!Meditation cannot sit casually. If you have wrong views, you have greed, and you want to ask for magical powers, of course you can’t sit, but if you get close to good knowledge, good knowledge will teach you not to do this, as long as your heart and motivation are pure of.Then your cause is right, and of course the effect is right, which is a certain truth.So this demon refers to him as the King of Freedom, which is Bo Xun, the demon king Bo Xun, he is afraid of that, his people under his jurisdiction, there will be one less people in the Three Realms.After he became a Buddha, he had to save a lot of sentient beings, and he had to take a lot of people away, so he became very nervous and scared.

  "See the stars.Chengjue.'The Buddha's reason for his enlightenment is to see the stars at night, and then he fully realizes. Of course, everyone is different. Like the old monk Xuyun, he walked more than XNUMX kilometers. He practiced asceticism all his life. Then my master is Take his mantle, this old mage on Lantau Island in Hong Kong, then he is really close to the old monk Xuyun, then he also took his mantle and mantle, this is how he became his way, and he also followed this asceticism throughout his life, Xuyun The old monk walked more than XNUMX kilometers and did a lot of things, and he was quite respected.Then he once went back to Gaomin Temple to practice the seventh Zen, and then he had to eat tea in the Zen hall, and he had to pour boiling water to eat the tea. As soon as the cup broke, he I have a great realization right now.So he had a great enlightenment, he wrote a poem, he said:"cupFlutter to the ground.Sound statementLek, the void is shattered, the mad heart is nowinterest.Hot hands, break the cup.Home brokenDifficult to speak.Spring comes to the fragrance of flowers.The mountains, rivers, and earth are Tathagata .'I often study this verse, the void is shattered. After he is enlightened, the void is shattered. I am thinking about it myself. I don’t know if it is right. That kind of shattering, the void shattering is whether our attachment is completely broken. Let it go, you can. Go and figure it out slowly. It's through our testimony, but we don't make rash judgments. It's not necessary. Just use this method to help us understand.

  That is like Zen Master Laiguo, he is also a generation of eminent monks.When he was eating, he became enlightened and enlightened by accident.Therefore, in our daily lives, maybe one of the small incidents will help us to realize our enlightenment, not to say ah!I am meditating in the meditation hall, or I am reciting the Buddha, I can only become enlightened when I read the scriptures, not necessarily!So we have to be very active, bit by bit, and practice well in small places, practice according to the Dharma, and enlightenment may be possible at any time.

It is to say that after the Buddha attained enlightenment, he began to save sentient beings. Originally, he was going to Nirvana, because he No one can understand the Fa taught. It's too difficult.That realm is too high, only Dharmakaya Master can understand, so he has to go into extinction, because no one prays!The Buddha is very casual. He has no intention of his own. Even the good Dharma is a vain thought. The Buddha has no idea at all. Fortunately, there is this god who comes to ask for the Dharma and asks for the Dharma for us. That's why we have the Buddha to live in the world and come.
