That result is too bad.

So this part really needs to be studied in depth, especially sometimes the old monk will also talk about the death of oneself, or some mages...we have seen it; today we also saw a book that talked about it.He talked about the standard of rebirth, and he specifically said that this book is an old master with a line to draw the key points, so of course we have to make a detailed explanation so as not to mislead sentient beings.He was right, but he was afraid that fellow practitioners would be confused again, so we will explain it in detail today.

The definition of the two forces of self, we have to clarify the definition of this text. The previous report with fellow initiates was based on the definition of Master Shandao, as well as the history of Chinese Buddhism, and the judgment of the pure land sect in the academic world. There are three major schools: Hui Yuanliu-more emphasis on self-reliance, Huiri's compassionate stream-is the two powers of self and others, and the master of Shandao is pure other power.That is, we have been guiding sentient beings, the purest, pure land practice, and the results are the most extraordinary.

That Huiri's pure land thoughts are the two powers of his own, his two powers...Is this self-power adding to his power, what is the definition of his self-power? It is to practice on his own.It may be cultivating concentration, or it may be cultivating blessings... cultivating the six degrees of ten thousand actions; then, the so-called merits of one's practice, and then add his power to the Amitabha Buddha to receive it. This is called the two powers of him.On the one hand, relying on one's own merits and on the other hand, relying on the aspirations of Amitabha, his definition is like this.

This is the same as the main gate of Master Shandao. "Yue" - is the important point, and "gate" - is the gate of the doorway. The meaning is the same, and the definition is the same.But in this book...or I have also heard the old monk talk about it, sometimes I will quote the term "Self-Self-Li", our fellow practitioners...can't interpret the meaning in the text! We must rely on the meaning but not the language! So See the content clearly.

But our current root nature, if we use this as the standard to practice, on the one hand, we must rely on ourselves to practice dedication; on the other hand, we must rely on the Buddha...then we have nothing to deviate! Without merit, how can we come from strength? Food! Because the so-called merit of the reborn Buddha kingdom is to be absolutely pure! It is not for you to cultivate blessings, you can only go back to the heavens to enjoy the blessings! Cultivation, at most four meditation days! The merits of the Buddha Kingdom returning to the Buddha Kingdom must be pure, for this cause and effect are consistent!

So in other words, we will still bring karma through our entire life, and we still don’t have any pure merits to take back and forth, so don’t confuse it.So he (this book) also talks about it here, as far as self-reliance is concerned, he also talks about the definition of self-reliance. Usually, he believes that there is a Western world of bliss and Amitabha. He is eager to be born in the Western bliss, and he is eager to see Amitabha. Asking to see Amitabha, is that also faith and willingness? I firmly believe that there is Amitabha, and you are eager to regenerate the West! He did not say that it is based on your own merits, no! The samādhi kung fu is completed, is there? So this master's office The definition of self-reliance that I'm talking about is not based on our own merits and abilities! People didn’t make a mistake, but if we misunderstood it on the basis of words, it would be wrong to think that we must rely on our own merits and abilities.

His explanation below is to show that we still do what we want. It depends on our own merits. We are only responsible for making a wish. There is nothing wrong with requiring us to make a wish, but this is not a force.

I understand this. If I don't understand, I will listen to it fifty times, because I have already explained the truth.Because the first time you listened, maybe you are still a bit vague.I was too tired during the day today. I may need to be recharged now. I have brain ischemia. I may not be able to understand it immediately when I hear it for the first time. If you keep listening, you will definitely understand it very clearly.

So in terms of this sub-judgment in academia, we have talked about the definition of other powers before. If you listen to it a few times, you will know how to master it. It is true that our method is XNUMX% dependent on other powers and the power of Buddha. The practice of the pure Pure Land Method.Of course it is because on the one hand, but also because of the end of school... This person is light-hearted... I am only fifteen years of school age, although I am not young, there seems to be some people in middle age... People don’t believe it; but fellow practitioners, remember, "You must not follow the law and righteousness but not the language." What you want to learn is to learn from the classics and the great virtues of the patriarch, not from me.I don’t have any virtue or wisdom to teach everyone. I’m also learning. I just said that because I’m really benefiting from teaching, I can really testify to everyone.As for the content of this kind of testimony, you still have to listen to it yourself. You are really willing to follow suit before you can realize the benefits I get.

So if you really want to be obedient to this discipline, then you can truly get into this realm.You really have to figure out the truth, that is the realm of the Buddha, and you will never figure it out.That is to say, ok, you really believe that you will be able to die, that’s right, but you will be born to the border, and the chance of dying is even worse, why? You can’t XNUMX% believe in the power of the Buddha, the opposite of you and the Buddha You’ll feel that... alas... It’s wrong to rely on me to practice more insurance and subsidize a little bit of merit. It seems that more insurance is actually wrong. This mentality proves that you don’t have enough confidence in the Buddha, and you don’t rely XNUMX% on it. Go to Him!

Then let me talk about the term "self-power and other-power". It was originally written in the "Annotations to the Past" by Master Tanluan. This commentary is very deep. If you don't have the basis of considerable teachings, you won't understand it, and it's not easy. !! Then this self-healing force is talking about the sub-judgment of masters.He just judged that the inclusion of the world law that the Blessed One has said in the forty-nine years belongs to self-reliance, self-cultivation, and the accumulated merit of self-reliance and good deeds. This is called self-reliance.He is a special method, and XNUMX% depends on the power of the Buddha's will. The special method is called heli.

This definition is very clear. It was originally written by Patriarch Tanluan. His thoughts are inherited. According to the eight ancestors of the Nagarjuna Bodhisattva's "Davi Posha Lun", he judged everything that the world deity said. Law, the general law, is "difficult to walk."Eighty-four thousand Dharma: Rely on oneself, keep the precepts, cultivate concentration, and gain wisdom, according to this order.

Nagarjuna Bodhisattva judged that the Pure Land Method is the "easy way."It’s a very simple path to practice! Master Tanluan based his ideological concept and judgment, and developed self-reliance and other powers; self-reliance is "difficult to do", it is very difficult, and his power is "difficult to do" is very simple.You don’t need to rely on Buddha power, but it’s hard to believe! Do the kids believe it? Wow! I have a few loyal kids listeners who arrive every day, it’s not easy! I just wanted to admire it! I also heard...ours The chairman told me that we also have a little friend who listens to it at home... He listened to several sessions in a row... Very focused, with this kind of concentration, some of our fellow practitioners... How many fellow practitioners have it? He seems to be only seven. Eight years old...Oh, this is a newcomer! What a patience as an adult? He listened to several games for an hour and a half. I heard it hard to imagine, this kind of concentration is not easy.Maybe he also joined me, seeing that I was particularly fond of him, and he didn't get tired of watching it. It really gave me a lot of encouragement.

Especially the few children in front of us come every day, and they are still going back and forth on the last day of today. They are very Consummation. This is the merit! Then let's not cling to it, because this merit is not completely complete, but he belongs to Merit, the solemn dojo, it’s concentration, you can come every day, it’s raining outside today, everyone is rain or shine, this is all merit.Oh... I don’t want to go out on a rainy day. Oh, it’s troublesome, so you don’t have the heart! If you have heart, you have merit, and it’s in our heart.Does the mind look at it? It depends on your actions, so we fellow practitioners are really hard to come by. Today is the fifth day, and every day we should come. 

This is the definition of self-reliance and other power. Here is another paragraph. We can be more confident after listening to Master Yinguang’s teachings. He said: ``Buddha, there is no limit to all methods, no matter how big or small the power is, all methods must be based on precepts and wisdom. Cut off greed, anger and ignorance, and make it pure, and then life and death can be achieved. This is difficult to ascend to the sky. It is not what we can hope for in the world. If we are eager to recite the Buddha to survive in the West with true faith, then no matter the level of skill, the size of merit, it is all right. Relying on Buddha's kindness to rebirth to the West, such as taking a steamer to cross the sea, but you can get to the other shore if you are willing to get on the boat. It is the power of the ship, not your own ability, and the belief in the Buddha to survive in the West is also the same. It is completely the power of the Buddha, not the power of your own ."

Isn't this very clear? So I mentioned this before. If you often practice cultivation, you will know that it is XNUMX% pure Buddha power, not your own Dao power.We only need to clarify the definition of self-power and other power. Sometimes we hear the two powers of oneself, you have to listen to what is the definition of the two powers of self and other power? If the self-power that he said is his own aspiration There is nothing wrong with that, it's the same as what we said.The old master also once said that he had two powers, and that was the same thing.But we don’t want to hear our own two powers... Alas... I was frightened by these four words, so I misinterpreted it. This is called Yiwen Jieyi. You have to go deeper and see what his interpretation of these four words is. .

We just talked about the classification of this pure land thought. The first ancestor was Nagarjuna who judged "difficulty and easy two ways", and Tanluan's patriarch judged "self and two powers", and then Dao Chuo Zen master judged "pure land gate" and "sacred road gate."

The "pure land gate" is relatively simple, that is, our pure land method is his power, the "sacred road gate" is self-reliance, that is, the sacred road gate is the self-cultivation and conversion to sanctification.They are all from different angles, and they have to explain this concept more clearly and play more finely.

Therefore, the patriarch had different terms to distinguish his thoughts and inheritance, and from different angles, the more he said it, the clearer it was, and the more he said it, the clearer it was.When it comes to Master Shandao, he judges "requiring doors" and "promoting aspirations," which we will talk about today; "requiring doors" is more difficult, it is self-reliance, the holy way, Nagarjuna said it is difficult to do.Next, Master Yinguang also had a judgment...judging the "special method" and "the thoroughfare method."

A thoroughfare is a general way---according to precepts, concentrating wisdom, first because of the consequences, every bit of hard work and no gain is called "Tongtu Method".This is our "special method"-Dun Chao.The old monk often gave an example: Just like a worm in a bamboo, the path is to slowly climb from the bottom by yourself...climb to the top and then give out the three precepts; in our method, you directly bite a hole next to the bottom. , I went out from the entrance of the cave, isn't that much faster? 

Therefore, the thought used by the Patriarch, he wanted to judge him and make a sub-judgment. This is all inherited, but the terms used are different.So what we are going to learn today is Master Shandao’s subjugation in the "Guan Jing" in the Four Tie Shushens; then he judged the "Guan Jing", but in fact it is the whole three classics and one theory, he judged it as "Yaomen" and "Hongyuan". "Key door"-the most important key, the door is the door of the door; the other is "Hope"-the vow, the power of Amitabha Buddha! The key door is difficult, it is the method of self-reliance.

As far as the thoroughfare taught by Master Yinguang, this has been passed down and sub-judgment.So what is the important gate? That is, the sixteen views in the "Guan Jing" are all important gates, so we used to think...Wow... "Guan Jing" is so difficult. , Where can we do it!? The Sanfu alone can't do it. 

But in fact, Master Shandao pointed out to us that these sixteen views are not the correct core practice in the "Guan Jing". It was because of Mrs. Vettihi's request that he answered her first.For example, if you ask me now, oh, what does this question mean? How do you want to cultivate? Or you ask me to teach you how to cultivate this concentration and this precept? Then I must answer your question first. Well, after I have finished answering, I will take the initiative to tell you that, in fact, you can still have an easier way to fix it.

The Blessed One responded in the same way to Mrs. Wetich. At the beginning, she prayed: "Only the Blessed One will teach me to think and teach me to feel right." He taught her to practice vipassana, relying on self-reliance to practice! The...including the previous sixteen insights and the thirteen insights before it are completely meditation; so Master Shandao again judged him as meditation, meditation! Isn’t your meditation practice meditation? Just meditation, the goodness of Dhamma; Then from the fourteenth to the sixteenth insight, these three generations of nine grades belong to Sanshan, San is without concentration, that is, cultivating blessing is not cultivating concentration, and those outside cultivating concentration are called Sanshan.The last three views of these three generations and nine products are actually what the Blessed One took the initiative to talk about. He took the initiative to talk about it, because this is the basis of a blessing to be reborn, which is the scope of the three blessings of pure karma.

This point can only be clearly stated by the Master Shandao, and other parts that the Patriarch did not mention; therefore, the key to self-reliant practice, among the sixteen views in this range, is divided into the first thirteen views, which is Dingshan. The latter three views are judged as scattered goodness.
 
You need to have a little concept of this term first. This is the two disciplines of concentration and dispersion. Whether it is the first thirteen vipassionate cultivation and the latter three generations of the nine-level cultivation of the clean karma three blessings, all of them belong to the self-reliance dedication.That is to say, relying on his own merits...cultivating repairs...for a long time, in fact, there is no merit at all, but it is still very hard to cultivate! Then he will be turned back, so the two disciplines of Dingsan belong to the second force of self-yearning. Health, such is the miscellaneous profession.

That is, just like the nineteenth of the forty-eight vows, cultivating the six-degree ten thousand deeds, they are all miscellaneous deeds, and one or two of them are rare among XNUMX people.Because it is difficult, the Blessed One will only point it out later in the part of circulation - Ananda: "If you hold the word, you are the one who holds the name of the Buddha of immeasurable life. 』This is simple! Keeping the name, faith in wishing to live is eighteen wishes! So the true heart of the Lord, the true bosom of the Buddhas in the ten directions, really wants to persuade you: ``Everyone! People who cultivate the Pure Land method! You really have to comply with eighteen wishes!''

Then, these six-degree ten thousand-action retreat...Sixteen views are all convenient, why should we talk about it? Because some people practice other methods, or because of their foundation, they can’t immediately believe the eighteen vows, then This kind of person, do you want to attract him? Yes!! So first let’s talk about the fact that it’s a little bit worse to attract the good roots, or that he has already practiced other methods, in order to persuade them to come too. Of course, if you want to cultivate the Pure Land, you must also teach this Fa, and then you can ask them to go back! 

But we are smart, let’s not cultivate so hard! Our karmic virtues are more mature, don’t say people seem to be stupid, we are smarter, our karmic virtues are more mature, which corresponds to the XNUMX wishes - obedient, honest, Just do it! If our parents want to give us the inheritance, we should just accept it. Why is it so troublesome?But if you don’t believe it, there’s nothing you can do, then you’re fine... You can cultivate slowly by yourself, and then go back to the world of bliss and bring some supplies for yourself. In fact, it’s not a lot of food at all.

We have all said very clearly before. If you read it repeatedly, you will definitely understand that there is no ambiguity in what we said, just because you are not familiar with these names, so you will be a little confused. , Listening to it a few more times will definitely make it clear.

Therefore, Master Shandao here judges this important door and Hongyuan. In fact, the "key door" is not what he really wants us to cultivate. What he tells us to cultivate is "Hongyuan", which is the eighteenth wish; the eighteenth wish. Let's recite the scripture: "When I was a Buddha, all sentient beings from all directions, hearing my name, believed in my heart.All good roots, heart and soul, wish to regenerate our country.Even the ten thoughts, if one does not live, does not take enlightenment.Except for the five inverses, slander the law. 』Okay, here, this paragraph is the text of the eighteenth vow. If we follow the standard of this vow, you see it is very simple. We don’t need to practice kung fu, it’s all as long as we "believe in the heart." , We "will rebirth our country" and are willing to pray for rebirth "even ten thoughts" we can die.

Master Shandao has a clearer explanation. He said: ``Bhagavan Amitabha, he made a deep vow, to photograph the ten directions under the name of light, but to make the faith to ask for the thoughts, make the top one form, down to ten sounds, and wait, With the power of the Buddha’s will, it’s easy to get to rebirth.” Look at... “One form on the top, down to ten sounds, one beep.” You see, he didn’t say how many Buddha chants you want to recite? “One form on the top, down to ten sounds, "One sound" This tells us very clearly that it is not necessary to recite the Buddha's name, but the Buddha's aspiration is easy to get to rebirth, and it is easy to die!! This Master Shandao explained to us in the "Rebirth Ceremony".So we should be very clear when we hear this now, the practice of our Pure Land Method, the core and purest practice, is as simple as that-faith, willingness and action.

But what we have understood in the past is the standpoint of his patriarch's self-reliance, using a difficult standpoint to explain Faith and willingness, and it is difficult to explain him. This behavior must be read so that it is not confused and does not have a thought. ; Then to explain from the perspective of this important door, it is not the theory of the real pure land, then after we figure it out now, we will choose by ourselves, depending on your foundation, which method you are more suitable for, it’s ok.Amitabha has no opinion, and I have no opinion, but we must analyze him objectively, and then you have to ask me which method is the best, then I must introduce your eighteen vows.Because I myself follow this method, simple, easy to achieve fast, and the three geniuses are never missed. It really conforms to the characteristics of our Pure Land Method.

Master Shandao made it very clear in the commentary on the Buddhist scriptures. He said: "Ran Suo Po Huazhu, because of his request, is to open the door to the pure land, to be happy and capable, and to show the aspirations of other will." This paragraph is straightforward. Tell us, this Sahahua master is the world-zun! He is because of Mrs. Vettihi’s request to open the door to the Pure Land. He first talked about the door, and the door was based on the sixteen views we just talked about. "An Leng Nengren" is Amitabha, the world of bliss. It expresses the aspirations of other will. This eighteen vows are the original wishes of Amitabha, and the true original thoughts.

Master Shandao condemned him as a great vow. One way Amitabha Buddha really wants us to hold is the eighteenth vow.The first one is because of Vetischiv’s petition. If you have the petition, you have this kind of foundation. Of course, you have to tell her... You can cultivate the main gate, cultivate concentration, cultivate the sixteen vistas and then go back. sure.

So how can we rely on the power of the Buddha? In the verse of the upper grade chapter of the "Guan Jing", we also come to learn: The Buddha told Ananda and Vettehi: "The upper grade, if there are sentient beings who are willing to live in the other kingdom, Send three kinds of hearts, even if you die.What is three?One is sincere, the two are deep-hearted, and the three are dedicated to aspirations; those with three hearts will be born in the other country. 』Okay we see this paragraph.

As long as you have these three minds, you can be reborn, and being a high-grade rebirth is very simple, so this is the key point.How do we have these three hearts? It's easy to make a wish in return, we know it, just make a wish.What are the sincere and deep hearts? Just as Master Shandao explained to us, sincere is sincere, sincere - I really want to go, not just talking about it; this sincereness is interpreted by other patriarchs as being incapable of thinking. It's not like that, it's based on our ordinary standards of sincerity, because this method is a special method for ordinary people, and it must be based on our standards. 

The standard of our ordinary people's sincerity, that is to say, to do it, to say the truth is not to say the fake...that is trueMaster Shandao explained to us: ``All sentient beings with the sincere heart, speech, mind, and karma must be practiced in their hearts and minds. They must not appear virtuous and diligent, and they should be false, greedy, evil, treacherous, and vicious. It's the same thing as snakes and scorpions. Although the three karma is called the goodness of miscellaneous poisons, it is also called the deed of falsehood, and it is not the real karma."

He is telling us what is sincere, if we have this kind of pretence, we pretend that we are studying Buddhism, we are people who do good and accumulate virtue... In fact, our hearts are all for our own fame and fortune, in order to show others, and covet others. Respectful, even greed, hatred and delusion in the heart are very flaming... That is, although there are three karma, the body, mouth and mind are followed, it seems to be doing good deeds, and it seems to be chanting Buddha, but it is called the goodness of miscellaneous drugs.This is the analysis of Master Shandao to us, then this is not sincere.

``If you are such a person who walks with peace of mind, even if you are hard-working your mind and body at XNUMX o'clock in the day and night, you are like the one who burns the head, the goodness of the miscellaneous poisons, those who want to return to this miscellaneous poisonous journey to survive in the pure land of the Buddha, this must not and also."

There is no way, if our heart is false, then it is impossible for you to go back to life, there is no way to die, you must be sincere.Then you must keep listening to this passage, and you can realize what kind of heart you are? Do you pretend to go? Or do you really have to go? I have to go when I die, no one can stop me, I don’t care about everything...body and everything Conditions, all possessions, everything... and even our most difficult family, love, and friendship, including our lives---the body does not care, the only thing that cares is to rebirth in the Paradise of Bliss, then this wish is XNUMX% sincere.

From the sincere heart, I really want to go. This is a very high standard. Of course, it doesn’t have to be that high! You just need to go.But maybe if the doubt is still there, he will stay in the flower womb for a while, and then the Bodhisattva will go inside the flower womb, and then persuade you to believe, then clear your doubts, and then the flower will bloom. Buddha.Seeing the Buddha's mind, there is no doubt, but the difference is here.We can all set the goal of going straight to the land, as long as we really ask ourselves if we can make a wish with our sincerity.

There is another... the second deep heart---the heart of conviction! How to be convincing? It is difficult, right? The way Master Shandao teaches us is very simple. It is sin, life and death, ordinary people. Since the tribulation, there has been no constant circulation, and there is no reason to leave.” On the one hand, we must believe that we are sin life and death ordinary people, and there is no way to go; “Both, decided to believe in Amitabha’s forty-eight vows. The audience is born, undoubtedly worry-free, and will surely be reborn by taking advantage of their willingness." 

This is where Master Shandao teaches us to start. We didn’t believe it at first, so how to believe? How to give birth to conviction? We just want to observe, yes, we are really sinful, life and death, and there is really no way to go. He guided us to observe from this aspect, and then go deep into the forty-eight vows.See, Amitabha Buddha made these forty-eight vows, wishing to be so great! Amitabha Buddha did not need to lie to us, the Buddhas of the ten directions came to prove it, let us believe that we will be reborn by the force of the other vows, then this confidence will not arise ? 

Guide us how to believe deeply, so the teaching method of Master Shandao is very simple. He directly teaches you how to do it, without telling you a lot of truth, which makes you more confused as you listen.So are we convinced? We believe more and less? It’s very simple, we can observe for ourselves, if we believe in one point, we will put down one point, if we believe in ten, we will put down ten, what do we put down? Let go of the world, let go, don’t care about anything Oh, irresponsible...no! It's that you don't care anymore, and become more and more indifferent. Since your heart is asking for life wholeheartedly, how can you care about all the things in this world, right?

So if you have a heart for survival, you will let go of this world, and you will let go of ten for this world, and the more eager you are for survival, the more you let go, the more troubles you have at the moment. Light, why? You will not be influenced by the outside world.People divorce you, okay, leave and leave, hurry up and sign a lot; they take advantage of you, that’s okay, they will all be given to you, the golden world of bliss is the land, this Qibao is everywhere, everywhere, you Take advantage of me, okay! Give it all to you... It doesn't matter what you want, don't care! Follow the fate! What do you do with the fate? Still have to learn Buddhism! Try to help others and cultivate good causes.We suffer from learning, others treat me badly, and we treat him better. This is a smart person.

What others are building karma is the cause of greed, hatred and delusion; we are cultivating morality, concentration and wisdom, and we are cultivating pure good causes.We continue to create good causes, no matter how the external environment changes or how people treat us, we are step by step, and we are constantly cultivating clean causes. Of course, the purest thing is to chant the Buddha, the most complete.But how much can we learn in life? Jie Dinghui can do as much as possible.Although death can’t be a resource for rebirth, if we cultivate the cause, we will have the effect. We will have good destiny. We keep the precepts and be pure. I don’t know...Oh, I can’t die, I have not yet Kung Fu after I recite the Buddha, then you really can’t die.That’s why Master Shandao reminded us that we must do surviving thoughts. If you don’t do surviving thoughts, you will not be able to think about rebirth. Then you can’t die, right? Many old cultivators didn’t die like this, very much. What a pity! Frighten yourself! Hua Yan Jingyun: "Ten Thousand Fas Only Mind" If you say you can't die, then you really can't die for you. Your mind is in charge.We can be moved to get Amitabha, and it is also our wish to be the master.I made a vow...I hope that Buddha Amitabha will come, so he has come; then if my heart feels that I can't be reborn, then I really can't be reborn! Ten thousand dharma is the only mind.The power of this thought is very important, and this is the key, and it is absolutely necessary to make a dream.

So I always tell everyone that I have the confidence to die, and I do have the confidence. We also need to be polite. We must tell ourselves and others. If you really have confidence, you are not polite to speak out.This thought is a kind of blessing, because this is not showing off our kung fu, this is not our kung fu, this is the mentality and mental behavior necessary for cultivation, and it is also a fact because it is relying on the power of the Buddha, and it is also showing, admiring, and promoting this method. .Admire the merits of Amitabha Buddha and the merits of Venerable.In this way, the concept should be very clear. Master Shandao told us: "The three generations are ordinary people." The older generation is not that difficult.In the scriptures, this is the explanation of the Master Shandao. He said: "But this "Guan Sutra" Buddha is for everyone and not to be a saint. The Blessed One is designated as an ordinary man, not a saint. It proves that the sixteen sutras are permanent, but there are no sentient beings. No matter how big or small it is.” It’s not a bodhisattva or an arhat, these three generations have nothing to do with them.Let me cite a scripture to prove. The scriptures of the "Guan Sutra", the Buddha told Wei Tixi: "You are a common man, you have bad thoughts, and you can't look far away without the eyes of the heavens. The next generations in the "Guan Jing" are all three levels..., we will learn later, the next generations are all evil beings, we are not evil to that extent!The upper life of the lower grade is the creation of evil methods, and there is no way to do well with the five precepts and ten good things; the lower grade is the breaking of the precepts; the lower grade is the five evils and ten evils, which are all aimed at the wicked.You see, it’s not that the wicked must be in the next generation. King Acha is evil enough, the representative of the five evils and ten evils, he is a high-grade middle-aged.So the level of taste is still the three minds we just talked about --- his mind.Because before hell appeared, he was shocked, that faith only depends on the Buddha, and he knows that he has no other way!

I am convinced, I am convinced that I have no way out to go! The feeling of holding Amitabha tightly is the heart of conviction just mentioned.Conviction, sincerity, and willingness to make a wish are all sufficient-top grade.So we need to understand this with our heart! The key lies in this heart! So what is the meaning of this next-generation third-class cultivation for us? It mainly tells us that even if we are not afraid of these evil laws, we can still die.This is what we need to know how to learn, what is the meaning of what the scriptures really want to bless us, the biggest blessing for us from the third grade of the next generation is to give us confidence, we are not that evil, he can be reborn, of course we can. Departure, even our predecessors have a share in the third product.

Even if he hasn't practiced Buddhism in his entire life, he still has time at his deathbed, as long as he has this cause and condition to tell him, so the person we help to recite is the help condition of his power.He relies on others, but strength is not the merit of helping to recite this person. It is the ``favor'' that comes from the aid of fate. The real merit is still on the side of the Buddha, so don't say that you sent his aid to the west. That would be wrong, it was the power of Amitabha Buddha to take it in.We are a fate. Tell him that there is this method and where to go, and persuade him to comfort him and make him willing to make a vow is such a fate. It is not relying on our strength to call him strength, then it is wrong.This place must be figured out.

If there is this predestined condition, then why some people can send people away when they help memorial, and some people can’t send them away? The biggest key is the person you help memorialize. You have to have faith in this method. If you have faith, come again. With that compassion, you are genuine and sincere. You want to persuade and comfort him, not to show that my skill is very good, I want to send your help to me, and have a little more performance...Wow,...you gave away a few Buddha, that kind of mentality is cold, without a compassionate magnetic field, it is difficult for people who listen to you to be influenced by you.I want to persuade him to make him obedient, and I must make him feel that you are sincere to him, you are really here to help him, unconditionally, and very simple...make him feel very simple without practicing Kungfu, he is already If you have no strength, I am afraid it will be too late to practice Kung Fu, so of course it will be difficult to die.

So it’s hard to say it’s difficult, it’s easy to say it’s simple, it’s simple, as long as you have a clear idea, you have confidence and sincerely persuade him to rely on the Buddha. of.Unless it is said that he has really made a vow to avenge...oh, this world...has too much hatred with the grievances and creditors, he must take revenge if he doesn't go anywhere...wow, then there is no way.There is a master in Taiwan who has taught thousands of people, and he has encountered a person who would persuade him not to go. The appearance of death is ugly, and there will be such people...that is a special case.

In June 2009, Dr. Zhong Maosen had an example of helping with chanting, and it is worth mentioning, because Dr. Zhong Maosen is a very sincere person. I know him. Then he was with Man Cheng Lao at the Lujiang Buddhist Temple in Mainland China. The monk also has a predestined relationship, so when he died, the old monk Mancheng didn't die. After more than three hours after he died, Dr. Zhong Maosen arrived at the actual Zen temple to help him in recitation.During these three hours, his face turned dark and ugly, so the old monk Jingkong said... the old monk joked before: If you want to kill a person, ask him to be the abbot, and he will die ugly.Because being an abbot is really tiring, you have to do multiple jobs alone, and you have to worry about big and small things. It's not that simple, unless you really have a capable person around you to share it with you, and you can really do it. Trust them, then we can divide the work and cooperate, of course, you can do everything by yourself, it's not too exhausting!

Therefore, the wise master said, if he does not lead the crowd, his grade will definitely be higher. Because of the lead, his grade is not high.The same goes for this old monk. Many old monks are overworked, so don’t say... Alas, it’s so ugly to die as a monk. You have to be considerate of other people’s body and mind, and sacrifice yourself to achieve others.Then this body...or sometimes he is really worried about it, etc. The cause of the past life is very complicated and we can't tell it clearly. Then this old monk is really a very sincere protector of the Dharma, so he can feel this. cause. 

Dr. Zhong Maosen took the initiative to help him in the recitation, and the old monk also assisted in the whole process. By the time it was more than three hours, Dr. Maosen hurriedly followed him to teach, and then took him with him. There are no such usual tunes in the chanting directly. I took everyone directly to recite the Buddha's name. The sound was very sincere and clear. The chanting was very sincere and clear. After only one or two hours, the face began to change. Ruddy, after giving him chanting for twelve hours, his complexion was calm and his body was soft.His liver disease originally caused a lot of water in his stomach, some even swelled to burst, but he naturally eliminated it completely, and then when he entered the tank, because the monks sometimes enter the tank without cremation, and enter the tank for three times. Open it again after the year, and if it is still good, it will become a bodhisattva in flesh, so monks sometimes go into the vat.

When he entered the tank, many people smelled the scent lasting for a long time, all kinds of auras were incredible, so after he died, he still had time, as long as he met good fate, sincerely enlighten him and accompany him, and take him to recite Buddha together. Persuading the deceased to make a wish to recite the Buddha on his own, and the sincere and sincere magnetic power of reciting the Buddha from everyone around him to assist him, then it will soon be induced.He only needs to move a thought, wow, he starts to recite the Buddha, he really puts up his righteous thoughts and is willing to make a wish, and immediately the Buddha's light is injected into his eight-consciousness field, his spiritual consciousness is induced, and the Buddha's karma immediately disappears.So in each sentence, his face was black, and he immediately turned red and his body was soft.

This is to let us know that even if we die at this level, there is no problem, but our blessings are greater, and the good roots and virtues are more sufficient. Therefore, we should have confidence in the rebirth and then we should make aspirations and go further. Then the sky is full of joy and lively Going home, we can all make this wish!

It didn't take long for three years, and even the samādhi of Buddhism was attained. Didn't the king beat the iron just like this Qiangqiang, he died standing after being beaten for three years. "Ding jingle bells, the chain has become steel for a long time, peace is approaching, and I am heading west." Wow, it's so extraordinary! He didn't say that he must go deep into the teachings, and he didn't say what to do deliberately, to make big things. Kungfu, you just have to recite the Buddha honestly. Three years of Kungfu are enough for one sentence after another. Three years, don't talk about Kungfu, because Kungfu (two characters) is very sensitive and it takes a long time to explain.Three years one sentence and one sentence honestly, always concentrating, always concentrating, and not chaos is enough! If you add another six years, wow, you will fly to the sky and flee to the ground, fly around and show your magical powers, it's all possible .It depends on whether you want to make a vow, so some fellow Daoists who will live with us in the future will have a cause and condition. If you really have listened to our CD, this foundation will be there, and your faith in your true desires will arise, and you will be sure of your death. , And then I also let go of all destiny, from morning to night, a Buddha's name and forbidden words.

You really have reached this level and you are motivated. I can also help if there are reasons and conditions. We all come together to cultivate together like this, chanting Buddha and walking the path all day long.Because now in society, it’s not easy for you to recite the Buddha from morning till night. There are many obstacles! There are not many environments for this kind of practice. Although many fellow practitioners have started to establish Mi Tuo Village, they seem to be doing it. There are not many places to get up, because there needs to be someone to lead, there are a lot of right and wrong, and no one can stay, and the person who comes must really let go, naturally he will not go to dispute with others, and really Only those who have the ability to recite the forbidden words of the Buddha from morning to night, can come in and practice together with me.

The standard is relatively high, because there is really no time to persuade you if you really want to practice Kungfu! Alas...Don’t worry about it...you want to have confidence...what are you going to do..., you don’t have time to do these things, this is the basis for you I have to do it first. When I have reached this level, I really want to confess to the Buddha, and I will have confidence when I die. I can help you because of a cause and fate, so that you can truly achieve a cause and fate that can single-mindedly recite the Buddha, honestly recite the Buddha, and always concentrate on the Buddha. Come, everyone. Concentrate on the road together and achieve success.Don't talk about the accomplishment of Buddhism samādhi, it means that when we are truly able to fulfill our wishes at the end of the day, we will show all kinds of miracles, be a good look for everyone, and give everyone confidence, this is a true return of Buddha's grace!
