Dear fellow practitioners, good noon, Buddha Amitabha! Today is the fourth and final lecture of the "Amitabha Buddha's Forty-Eight Vows". Today we are going to talk about it to Consummation.There are more than XNUMX wishes in the future! But because we have received professional training in lectures, we can use each sutra, long and short lectures freely. There are methods for this, and both long and short lectures can be used. To explain the core principles clearly, then we must be grateful to our mentor Jingkong and Li Bingnan. In order to cultivate the talents of Buddhism, they taught us the method of lectures on the internal scriptures, that is, the method of lecturing. This thing is really infinite merit. .

So today we not only have to finish the remaining vows, but also tell everyone how to worship vows and chanting to truly eliminate karma, so how can we interact with the Buddha in the process of worshiping the Buddha? Some key methods.In the previous few times, everyone prayed well and heard the voice of fellow practitioners eliminating karma. They cried very sadly. The more sad the cries, the more thoroughly the karma was eliminated.So after this time the Buddha Three and our precepts meeting is over, we will teach you yoga and worship Buddha next time and next time. Yoga worship Buddha from the age of five or six or even younger, until the age of seven or eighty. You can learn.

In the past, when I was teaching in Indonesia, every time I went there to give a lecture, it was Master Haitao’s great guardian, a dojo managed by his own layman. He regularly invited some masters to preach the Dharma every year. Every time I went, it was the same. There were more than one hundred people sitting full, but at that time, more than two hundred people came out from where they taught yoga and worshipped Buddha. They couldn’t sit down on the first floor. They were temporarily changed to the upper floor. The whole building was about four, four, four. On the five-story building, there are only a few hundred Buddha statues, a great protector who is very blessed.

During that teaching, there was an old Bodhisattva who was in his eighties, oh! Worshiped very well.It’s actually very simple to learn when you go back. How simple is it?You will learn it in the next half an hour. Then you say it is difficult. If you have to worship until you reach Consummation, then you can only worship until you become a Buddha, because you can continuously improve. When can you learn?You've learned it right away, it's not that difficult. Don't want to behave like a Buddha. Then you can reach Consummation. Of course it's impossible.

So this time, time is very fast, we have been studying together here for almost a month, our abbot, Master Zhaoxu, when I first came this time!It took him less than two or three days to listen. After listening to a class, he went abroad. When he arrived in mainland China, he took XNUMX to XNUMX old fellow practitioners and ran towards the mountains. , And then left it to me to take care of the house, and some of them were left behind. Some people deliberately stayed to listen to the scriptures. Oh! This is better. Those who like to go to the mountains would like to go to the mountains! We who like to listen to the scriptures are like-minded and come together. learn.

Master Zhaoxu, because he is a classmate of our training class, and he is also a master of teaching, so he understands the importance of teaching very well, but it is because of his wish!I’ve been busy building the temple all day, and I don’t have time to give lectures. Now the temple has not been built, so this time he left, before leaving the country! He immediately listened to me for another lecture, and he immediately invited me to be here. Stayed often and helped him to teach scriptures.Then I joked and answered him, I said you want me to live permanently, then I have to sell the dojo I am in charge of first, we have the land! Then I said it is easy to sell this land, I still have a big bronze bell. , Where do you want to sell?Our twilight bells are found in the jungle. They are small dojos! But the sparrows are small and well-equipped.

In fact, our monks are home from all over the world. I want to talk about these things to explain our cause and fate this time. It is really not easy. Many people don’t realize it. So I want to talk to you. We will learn together this time. Of this cause.Our monks are really free! The whole world is our home! A bowl of food for thousands of families, traveling thousands of miles alone, this is really the case, whether it is a man or a woman, as long as you have Dharma destiny, any corner is our home. We are all attached to sentient beings, so where we live is actually not our own will! It's entirely a condition of perception.

So this month, almost a month, I actually feel most gratified, and I have some experience, because it’s the first time I came to Canada! It’s so far away, and it’s been a dozen hours on the plane. Here, it’s the first time that I was really far overseas, studying together with these overseas Chinese compatriots. They used to be in Southeast Asia. For many years, the traits of the fellow practitioners on that side are different from those of the fellow practitioners here. So this period of time I also quite understand it.The most gratifying thing for us to take a look at is that the fellow practitioners we stayed to listen to the scriptures, you see, they are all the same people, not bad!No increase, no decrease.I believe that as long as I have time, I will try my best to listen to it. It’s already the fourth session! All have passed the test. According to the master, the third session is true. As long as you come to listen to the second session, you will have the intention to listen to the Fa, otherwise. There is no time to come! Usually it is only once! The third time it is a fan! That is to respond, some people want to listen to the Fa and listen to the corresponding, then they are willing to come again.

We are in the fourth session, and we also talked about the "Vatican Net Sutra" and this "Buddhist Etiquette" in the library. The attendance rate is very good, both are very stable, and they are increasing.This shows that our Dharma Destiny is indeed very good. Although it is not like one, two hundred, two or three hundred people in mainland China, I believe that most of the essence of our Buddhism students and fellow practitioners here in Toronto have appeared! So it is very Extraordinary.In fact, in our world, even if there is only one person, even if there is only one person, the Buddha and Bodhisattva will live for that person. This is true, because this person really has the Taoism, and he will surely achieve it. Well! One achievement is a Buddha, that's a joke.But if there is no Dao Xin, it seems to be very lively, it is all pretend, it is useless, it is really a waste of time, just play with everyone.

Every dojo will inevitably have this kind of people, because the dojo is open and anyone can come. If this is the case, even if you look like, everyone is eager to get close, and then they flatter and admire. All kinds of..., but still can't feel the long-term Dharma predestined well.It really needs to come from the innermost feelings of Taoism. When sentient beings have feelings, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will respond. That is the case with Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Of course, we Buddhist disciples of the burden family business must vent their breath with the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Just look at us. Whether there is real Taoism, if you are fake, then Buddhas and Bodhisattvas must know.Then we will also know, don’t think that we look stupid and innocent. The longer we become a monk, the younger we look like eighteen years old, so stupid! Because we look at sentient beings from the classic perspective, and we are karma. There is nothing wrong with it! It is not much better than you, but our vision is to analyze and interpret sentient beings through the Dharma, the eyes of the Buddha, and the scriptures of the Buddha, so don't underestimate it, don't underestimate it.

Some people don’t have Taoism themselves, so they don’t respect the Three Jewels from the bottom of their hearts. Then the respect he does is superficial. He is for the stakes, and he respects you and favors you if they have stakes. There is no stake, he It is possible to do superficial kung fu occasionally, or even not to do kung fu, and simply make trouble for you, then this kind of respect is not true, because respect is a kind of moral virtue.If we know what is respectful in our hearts, then you will be respectful to everyone, you will be respectful to a mage, and you will be respectful to all the mages. If you don’t say that this is a good practice, I will be respectful. If that is not well practiced, I will not be respectful. , Even I still have the right to criticize him, then this respect is fake, it is all fake, this kind of person respects me many, I do not appreciate, I do not appreciate.

You say that I am better than others and which master is better. Usually, if you can persuade him, I will immediately persuade him to be equal. You can’t criticize and compare. If you can’t persuade, I won’t talk about it, don’t get a bad relationship! Because everyone comes. When you arrive at the dojo, each person has different causes and conditions, and we can't force it. Some people don't know it. If you say that you want him to open up his wisdom and get rid of those inner greed, anger, and ignorance, that's impossible.We can only be tolerant, and then we are very clear in our hearts. Don't think that our monks seem to have relatively little social experience, and many of them don't understand, and we are wrong.If there are too many people of this kind, then think about whether it is possible to retain good knowledge in this place? Absolutely impossible, absolutely impossible, this is definitely a question of induction.If everyone here likes facing the mountains, then it is not used, and there is no need to invite me.Then if you like the practice meeting, then it is good for everyone to go to the practice meeting; or if you like to cultivate happiness, there is nothing wrong with it! But the most important thing is to be clear and not to deceive yourself or others, otherwise you will create karma.

Come to Buddhism! Everyone must have a correct concept. There are only two things to come to Buddhism, one is to cultivate blessings, and the other is to cultivate wisdom.Xiuhui means listening to the scriptures, hearing the Dharma and practicing, and cultivating blessings is to protect the dojo. Why is this dojo open? Because it gives all beings from all directions the equal right to plant this blessed field. It is a free platform and no tickets are collected.So what kind of seeds you bring and plant, and what kind of fruit you will harvest in the future, is equal to all beings.So when you come to the dojo, we come to the dojo, what reward we will get in the future depends on what mentality we use and what seeds we plant for it.

This is an unconditional favor given to us by the Three Jewels, rather than a false perception on the contrary, saying: "I come to the dojo, I am here to protect, I will pay, how much the dojo owes me." Even some I give one. For points, he still has to get back ten, and there are many such people! This not only fails to cultivate blessings but creates karma, why?You are in society, you owe someone and you take advantage of one person, then you owe someone! If you go to the dojo to take advantage, all sentient beings in the ten directions are your creditors, and you can’t pay! You might as well go into society, right?Anyway, everyone in society is fighting!It's almost the same, it depends on who is better.
