Some old Bodhisattvas are so pious and serious, we have to speak some Taiwanese to him.Well, the results of today’s survey show that there are more new students.We believe that you have not heard of this Anle Buddha One Fa conference today. This is the first time we have held it. A few days ago, we have already held a Buddha One in Pekan, Indonesia. Then it is the first time in Singapore. It should be the first time I have ever played Buddha One. Then you are new classmates. This cause and condition can be included in historical records, which is very remarkable.
I saw you just now. What I saw was not a group of practitioners who chanted Buddhism. What I saw were people who were going to become Buddhas in their lives.I don't know what you are thinking when you are chanting and chanting Buddhas. I am very happy, because today this Buddha One is not going to reciting the Buddha's name with you for a day. If it's just like this, it's not too special.Our title "An Le Buddha One" can tell that it is easy for everyone to understand that it is different from the common practice of the Buddha One and the Seven Buddhas. Just now, a few people who have participated in the Diligent Buddha Seven will probably have some impressions, even though they are very I dedicate my heart to participate in the Seventh Buddha, but what is the feeling of the Seventh Buddha?It’s very hard to recite Buddhism, right?Is there such experience?I have.
When I was a layman in the past, I worked very hard like you guys. I like to practice together. Every time I go to participate in the Seven Divine Enlightenment Buddhas, I have to lie down for seven days when I come back from seven days. Then I thought, "Don't participate again next time." Do you have any? This kind of thinking?But it won't work if you don't go after a while, why?Kungfu hasn't been practiced yet, I'm afraid I won't die, right?I believe this is our common voice.
That’s why, when I have gained considerable comfort, liberation, and Dharma benefits myself, I was originally only responsible for lecturing and speaking. Today is the first time that you have practised together with kelp. I have never presided over this Dharma conference. I found that you chant it. The chanting is better than me. This is the first time I have taught the Dharma. I dare not talk about the Dharma monk, just like the Dharma master. Let us all cultivate together.
Why? Because I feel that many of our fellow practitioners can really take the initiative to participate. Whether it is Buddha XNUMX or Buddha XNUMX, people must have Dao-mindedness, but we also know that the more diligent people recite the Buddha for a long time. Instead, the troubles get worse.Then I got it myself. I have already solved this matter. I can't bear it. I can't bear it. People are still chanting and chanting to the Buddha. Haha.
Sometimes many people don’t have time to listen to the scriptures. They don’t have the habit of listening to the scriptures. They like to recite the Buddha and work hard every day. So I had to start planning, and it happened that fellow practitioners invited us to take advantage of the Buddha’s one-day meeting. , The main thing is not to accompany you to recite the Buddha, but to tell you and share with you how you can recite the Buddha happily, happily, and the correct way to recite the Buddha.
And what is the purpose of reciting the Buddha? To rebirth in the blissful world, we also need to help everyone build confidence in the rebirth. Is this the most important thing? Today’s class, this day’s group practice, if there is a charge, it will cost at least XNUMX U.S. dollars, you owe you to pay me back when you become a Buddha in your life.Really, you see that the general psychology courses are very expensive, one day or two days, the kind of Carnegie ones, wow! But after listening to it, you didn’t do it yourself and it’s useless. If you do it yourself, you can’t do it. Open one. Class, to ensure that you can get rich quickly, wow! No matter how high the fee is, many people sign up, but who makes the money?The speaker makes money.
If you don’t work hard when you go back, you still can’t get rich. This is our class today, this day’s class, to ensure that everyone can get a graduation certificate. Why? Why do we arrange two "Amitabha Sutras" this morning and afternoon. In general, our conception of the Seventh Buddha is to try not to interrupt and recite the Buddha all the time, right?Even the teachings are saved, but we have arranged two. The reason is that we are actually chanting, chanting the Buddha, and even in the process of the master's teachings, which can help you build confidence in the rebirth. It’s not difficult, it’s very simple. It's not difficult because it's a secret. You can't grasp this secret. No matter how you recite the Buddha in this life, you can't die, unless you are really the kind of old Bodhisattva with very deep roots of goodness, and a few of them can die.

Let me give you an example. When we chanted the sutra just now, everyone seemed to be quite familiar with the chanting.In the beginning, what did the Blessed One tell us? "From the West, over ten trillion Buddhas' land, there is a world name called bliss. "Is there a world of bliss? Do you believe it? The Lord said! If you don’t believe it, you have to spank, you converted and became a disciple of the Buddha, don’t you believe what the Lord said, yes! There is a world of bliss! And tell us about the Amitabha Buddha ,right?Then the content of this whole scripture, the Blessed One persuaded us with heartfelt words, three times, and kept repeating it, how can you break your thoughts so hard? Do your parents have such a bitter heart? Always persuading you, always persuading you, like my personality, I advise you twice, if you don’t listen, goodbye! You cultivate the good roots yourself, and the good roots mature, I will come to save you again, do not waste time, twice, not more than the third time, my students know.
I taught students on Facebook and on Facebook, and gave a class called "Pure Land Sect of Taoism First Guanglun Class". I made our pure land method a sort of orderly teaching. Everyone knows whether I seem to be very good. Good-tempered, because I was often bullied before, I knew that I should feel kind to others, not very fierce, but I teach students very fierce, really, if you don’t listen twice, you can almost drop out of school. This teaching can’t be a human favor, right? You don’t listen to it, don’t waste your time.But have you noticed that the main point of our "Amitabha Sutra" is three times! The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas must be busier than us, right? But He advised us to go to the Paradise of Bliss and persuaded us three times. How about? Believe that there is a world of bliss and Amitabha, and persuade you to make a wish, and then the method is very simple to recite the Buddha, right? These few words, if you really believe in these words, your future life will be decided. It's that simple, no You close your eyes: "Amitabha Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, Amitabha..." I have been chanting, and after decades of chanting, the more I chant, the less confidence I have, and I don’t know if I can live.
If you can recite the sutra just now, your confidence is determined now, do you have confidence? Yes? You all ask for death, really? We had a young man with good roots two days ago. I just want to save this. People, he will make a vow and say: "Request to live in the world of bliss." Most Buddhist chanters will make a vow, and I will ask, "Do you have confidence?", he said, "Yes." I was a little doubtful because you are now Listening to the scriptures, yes! It makes sense, the Buddhas of the ten directions will not lie to us, right?
We should build our confidence in rebirth just by reciting an "Amitabha Sutra". There are no other conditions. There is only saying that as long as we "must not use less good roots, merit, or cause and condition." "This is a prerequisite. If you don't have good roots, your mind is just thinking, and you don't really want to go in your heart. The good roots are not enough, and it won't work if you have less good roots.The other thing is that as long as you believe and do what you want, the old cultivator knows that there are no other conditions, and there is no saying that you have to hold the five precepts to be good or anything....
Of course, I have always emphasized that people who truly believe in the world of bliss, who really aspire to go, must be more vigorous than anyone else. Why? He doesn’t care about anything in this world. Of course, only precepts and chanting of Buddha are the most important and favorite thing to do. This is Naturally, if you do not have this, it means that your letter is false. It is a simple criterion for judgment. So I often like to take the test directly. Those who are going to die now please raise their hands and leave.Wow! There are so many people today, I was shocked! Originally, I asked: if you really have someone who is going to die, please raise your hand. Quite a lot.Those who are confident, please raise their hands, there are quite a few.It’s not now, I’m talking now; then I’ll be serious? Raise your hands if you’re leaving now? Wow! It’s cut by half again, because you can’t lie to Master! Right? But it’s really a direct test. , I will take an exam with you, I will leave soon after I ask.
When our old monk was a beginner more than XNUMX years ago, he heard our old monk talk about it. He said that if we do a Buddha Seven now, everyone can die on the last day. Please raise your hand if you want to sign up. , Few people.I also asked, when I was a novice, I led people to recite the Buddha, in Taiwan.I was the only one who raised my hand. It was leaky, so it was not easy.
Then I will shorten the time now and leave soon, we don’t need to talk about fighting the Seventh Buddha.Just leave. When I asked you, when I asked you now, you didn’t hesitate to think about it: "My money hasn't been spent yet!" Or I said, "My business talks in these two days. I make a lot of money in my life, and I’m not unwilling to make a profit. I’ll leave when I’m done earning and settle down.” Right? Many people can have this kind of good reason to drag here and there, Rebirth, Buddha Amitabha is gone, because your heart is not true, so it’s easy to rebirth. There are no conditions for everyone. But the difficulty lies in your heart! May the heart be false, so you have to be Where do you work? It is not to practice kung fu with your eyes closed, but to always persuade yourself to check your heart, whether your wish is true, and whether you really want to die.

If your method is right, it’s really very simple. Think about writing a list for yourself and remember, what you can’t let go of, you will feel that you will write more and more, you are here now, the atmosphere is very good, you give the master face, so you just raise your hand, it really is. It’s not that easy for us to die! Really, we watch too much, because we see that there are many people who have passed away. There are many people who have chanted Buddha, and there are very few people who have passed away. It is because they are stuck here.
In fact, everyone works very hard and often recites Buddhism. Why is there no news? Another is that the concept is wrong. The Patriarch of the past taught us how to recite Buddhism. In particular, I arranged to recite Buddhism today. The main purpose is for you to compare it. Any tune is good, and we can recite it, but we try to be as specific as possible. Choose the one you like the most. It doesn’t matter if you have one or two. You can recite only one in any mood. It doesn’t matter what you feel.
But I want you to make a comparison, that is, is the purpose of our previous chanting of Buddha is to suppress this delusion, like a stone, to flatten the grass and weeds, right? Don’t let the delusion run out, right? I tell you that you still have delusional thoughts until you die, so our method is to bring karma to life! It is impossible for you to cultivate to a pure mind, it is impossible! Is it possible to recite the Buddha like this? It is also possible! Temporarily light and peaceful, If you are like this, especially when you recite the Buddha: "Amitabha... Amitabha... Amitabha..." I am really happy, especially when the bells are well worn, oh! Especially, we have many such seven Buddhas in Taiwan, everyone It's like fighting: "Amitabha, Amitabha, Amitabha..." Have you ever participated? Have a chance to go to Taiwan to take a look.
That clock hand brought you to make you very energetic and diligent. Is this okay? Ok! I say everything, and I never criticize it. It has its function, what is it? The temporary stage You will get Fa Xi.In addition, when I went back, my voice became dumb. With another side effect, people who were desperately going to lose their breath would become more mad! This is inevitable! This kind of delusion is not wrong, but the purpose of our true Buddhist chanting is What are the conditions for rebirth? Faith and wish! Everyone puts it on the line, ignoring faith and wish. Master Jiu Yi said: "Whether to die or not depends on whether there is faith and wish.", right? Nothing else. Any condition, this is the key.
Then while you read it, there is another important point that you want to believe in this "belief"? It's not that you believe that you have a method to discern and eliminate all delusions to achieve a pure heart. No, this is the teachings of other patriarchs and cannot be said to be wrong. We can’t say that it’s wrong, but they can’t do it with their kung fu. We must use the simplest method, the pure Pure Land method to discern the law. Everyone cultivates tens of thousands of people. What is it? I don’t practice on our own. Kung fu is XNUMX% dependent on Buddha.
Belief is the "forty-eight vows" for believing in the Buddha. All wishes have been fulfilled. As long as I am willing to rebirth, even one thought ten thoughts, there is no depth of effort, delusional thoughts, or even ten thoughts. Amitabha can be reborn by relying on Amitabha. You must believe in the target. If you want to believe in yourself, on the one hand, rely on the Buddha to pick it up, on the other hand: "Oh! I don’t know if I have practiced Kung Fu?" I assure you, the older you are, the more worried you will be, and the less Confidence, why? Because our karma will appear before, and the body will be sick all the time. You don't know where to throw it. If you have a fever and are in a bad mood, you will throw it all away! How can it be possible for millions of people to go there? It doesn't make sense! There must be an easier way to practice the real Pure Land Method. Ten thousand people will go there. This is what the patriarch taught. What is it? The key is to believe in Amitabha XNUMX%, and to rely on the power of the Buddha.

Our method is originally a special method. It is a special method other than XNUMX. This is the realm of the Buddha. It is not the general concept that you must practice precept and concentration so that you can attain a pure mind and then become a Buddha. That is Our normal logical conception of cause and effect is not wrong, but it depends on our own cultivation! We can't cultivate by ourselves, and there is not a single achievement! Even if the five precepts are not good enough, we still want to become a Buddha. Wait slowly, right. Right? We can't cultivate with other methods, so we can't cultivate with admiration, praise with joy, confession, and practice with happiness.
The only one who is saved is that the Blessed One sees us being pitiful! Reluctant to give up, we are all his children, how can we tell if other methods can’t be cultivated? I had to open one and introduce us to a special method, how special? Especially even the Great Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva can't ask, nor can he fully understand the realm of this Buddha! Amitabha Buddha has completed his cultivation and completed ten kalpas ago. Forty-eight wishes and merits are given to us unconditionally.
For example, now that we are very competitive in business, we can’t make money. If we want to make money ourselves, how can we tell? It’s okay. Dad has money and inherits the family property directly. Oh! This is very useful, understand. Isn’t it? So stupid people like this can inherit the family property, can they go there? Right? So if you want to believe in Buddhism, you really believe in Buddhism! Believe in what you want and do, you believe in the right object, don’t believe in yourself, There is no need to think about whether we can do it ourselves, or whether we can die or not, don’t think about this question. Whether we can die is not our ability! It has nothing to do with ourselves, if it has something to do with us, then it must be. No one can die, even I can't die.
I retreat and recite the Buddha several times. I have tried it. The more I read it, the more angry I am about to hit the wall, the more I think it is, the more I read it, really, it’s very nervous! There are people guarding the gate outside, and it’s stressful to go out to hand in grades. The more he reads, he repents as he reads, because when he is angry, he knows it’s not right.I didn’t discern the Dharma until I was not confused, and the scripture said that I was not confused. In the past, the Patriarch’s great virtue explained to us from the standpoint of the concept of self-cultivation of morality, concentration and wisdom. It seems to say that one thought is not reproduced.
What I’m wrong is that it’s not the true correct interpretation of the Pure Land Method. They explain it according to their other sect. I can’t say it’s wrong, because he wants to cultivate and discriminate in this way. It’s okay for us to pretend to be vigilant! But we How to explain the practice of the true Pure Land method without being confused? This paragraph is very important, the scripture in the "Amitabha Sutra".
Why do we have to fight the seventh Buddha today and collect evidence at the end of the day, "If one day, if two days, if three days..." It is based on this paragraph of the "Amitabha Sutra", and then there is a mindlessness, right, Oh! Everyone wants to say that you have to start with this goal. You have no thoughts when you recite the Buddha for the past seven days. If you have no thoughts when you recite, you are almost like a vegetable.Normal people still have delusional thoughts. Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and Guanyin Bodhisattvas all have thoughts! But their thoughts are sentient beings, not to say that they have no thoughts, but to turn the thoughts around, to change our greedy, hateful and idiotic thoughts. , It becomes the thought of being compassionate, joyous and abandoning sentient beings, so there is no need to crush the grass with stones.
What does it mean to be undisturbed in the "Amitabha Sutra"? It's very simple. We, Master Xuanzang, went to the West to learn the scriptures of the master Xuanzang. His translation "Praise the Pure Land Buddhism" and another "Amitabha Sutra" "In the translation version, it’s more clear, because it is a direct translation, and Kumarajiva is a translation of that meaning, so we misunderstood it. Other patriarchs use their standpoints and their dharma standpoints to explain it. There is no real explanation of the practice of the Pure Land Method.
We follow Master Xuanzang’s original translation and his interpretation of the system is not chaotic, and the system is that you don’t stop, just like when we do the three-time system, it’s also called the system! Repair, this is also very important.If you really have faith and wish, you will certainly not be able to practice miscellaneous practice. If you practice miscellaneous practice, your death is false. This specialization is also very important. It means that your beliefs and wishes are true. You can only go if you are not true. You can’t go, the conditions are here, so everyone knows! Now quoting the scriptures will build your confidence, and you don’t have to stop thinking about it, because the scriptures mean that you don’t want to be confused. As long as you have time, try to read as much as you can, even if we meet at the end , Recite one or ten sentences as usual, recite when you have time, don’t break, don’t do miscellaneous practice and modify other methods, then of course you can’t go, do you understand that?

If you believe this way, then you are a person with many virtues and many merits. The causes and conditions are sufficient. We have heard them today. We already know the correct practice. This is the mentality of chanting Buddha, the method of chanting Buddha.
Later, we will continue to explain to you two different methods of worship and meditation today.Therefore, when reciting the Buddha, we must know that I am not just paying attention to whether my delusion has decreased? Or whether I have practiced my Kung Fu well? How do we feel when reciting the Buddha? We must think of Amitabha in our chanting. , Do you know what I mean? Don't say that your eyes are closed. I don't know who Amitabha is. I only know that I want to practice Kung Fu, so you can't feel it.
The key to our chanting of the Buddha, the correct way of chanting the Buddha, is to say that we ask to interact with Amitabha Buddha, and I am deeply moved. I am true that every Buddha's name is like calling Amitabha, speaking to him. That's right. He We call him like this, oh! Understand? Every sentence you read is getting closer and closer to Amitabha! The more you read, the more you like to read it. Don’t you think it’s very boring, I’m saying this Do you know what to do? In the past, we young people like to recite the Buddha, especially if you don’t know the forty-eight wishes and ask you to recite a Buddha's name, it would be more interesting to recite your own name, right? You definitely don’t like to recite the Buddha. But when you know that the name of Buddha Amitabha has all its merits in it, and this name is also his life, he is a living life, and his spirit is in this name, we are speaking to him when we read it! The more you talk to him and the more you chat, are you getting closer and closer? And you will be very moved.
As long as you recite every Buddha's name in a right way, you can feel Amitabha's blessing to you when you talk to Him, and every word of Amitabha's merits will be injected into our hearts at the moment, thinking about the eighty-year memory of life and death. , I really have this power, and because your karma has been disappearing very quickly right now, you will be very moved when you are reading, and the karma will disappear! You will feel very emotional. Well, I am very touched. When I am happy, I am like Amitabha sharing our happy mood with us; when I am in a bad mood, I will cry and complain to Amitabha! Everyone in this world is suffering! So today we are To take everyone to pray is to make you cry, cry enough, complain to Amitabha, and eliminate karma.
When I went to ordination before, the tune that I want to introduce you to worship today is the tune of the jungle, the tune of the monks, and the first and the fifteenth day of the new year will definitely use this tune to pray, and the purpose of praying is Karma is to be eliminated, so if you cry harder, the clearer you will be to eliminate the karma.So when I took the precepts, we took the precepts for two months and received the three altars for a long time. We cried for two months. Every day, we prayed for two hours. That’s because today is equivalent to teaching everyone, especially In the morning, I will teach you all. Now I will tell you the truth about how to recite the Buddha. This is a situation where you enjoy reciting Buddhism very happily. It is not forced, not for the purpose of practicing Kungfu. It’s very easy to realize the samādhi of Buddhism without knowing it. If you use this method and mind to recite the Buddha, you will taste the samādhi of Buddha in less than three years. Taste, the depth of this samādhi depends on the individual, and it doesn't take three years.

If you have not opened the Buddha, you will not be able to eat it. When you open the offering to the Buddha and want to eat it, there will be five visualizations in your heart. Don’t say, “Oh! I don’t know if the food is good or not? This one is more delicious, the other one is more unpalatable...” Then there is no Five Views, we are also practicing when we eat! Food saves the Five Views, we will finish offering to the Buddha later. Think about it when you want to eat.
The first one is to think about how much credit we have, "calculate how much we have done, and measure where we come from." We have no credit. We came naked in this life and brought nothing. It was all the people who came to help us. of.Parents! Like if we have a meal, we need a farmer to farm! It’s very hard. Don’t think you have money to buy, then you are wrong! Many things can’t be solved if you have money. Many people’s painstaking efforts , How many people’s efforts are in it when we eat this meal, and how much we contribute to the public, we must have this idea, we eat this meal, you dare not waste a grain of rice, you must have this visualization , I have no credit, and then we can eat this meal safely, so naturally you won't pick things up, oh! This one is ugly and that one.
The second one: "I don’t have enough virtues to make offerings." Think about how ashamed that I have no practice, no virtues, and a lot of karma. To make offerings is to accept offerings. That’s why we often have to have this kind of vigilance! I have no virtue, and there is no pure merit in this life, but I have to eat three meals every day, so now I suggest that you eat two meals a day after you go back, and no food for lunch, wow! That’s amazing! You have a lot of merit. , If you save one meal a day, you can buy a house in Singapore. Let me tell you, now the house is very expensive and cannot afford it.
If you save it, you can use it to cultivate blessings, offer the Three Jewels, and continue to cultivate blessings, and then your body will be healthier. It is very simple. You see that these protectors have already taken heart by my side. He knows that I am starting to have lunch. I don’t eat anymore, because I have overcome my stomach problems. I used to be afraid of stomach problems with the blessing of the Three Treasures. Later I realized that it was because you didn’t eat after lunch to treat stomach problems. Now many people have stomach problems, right? It used to be like this. I had bloating and stomach acid when I didn’t eat it. I was so nervous that I ate it again. It’s simple to eat a little oatmeal. I didn’t eat dinner either, but it still counts as fasting, so there is no cure.
Later I learned that, like I have not eaten for more than XNUMX days after lunch this time, I have no stomach pain at all, and I brought stomach medicine with me to prepare.Because my master is very virtuous, he told me that I must not eat after lunch. I was still very skinny, so I said no! Stomach hurts.It’s really not deliberate, because monks have to stop eating for lunch, so dare not! I just said shamelessly, "Then how can I tell if my stomach hurts again?" The master said, "Take stomach medicine for stomach pain." Just remembering what we said in the scriptures, there are dialogues in some koans, and they say: "I'd rather die by keeping the precepts than to live by breaking the precepts." If you have this kind of courage and willingness to practice, you will hold the precepts. It went well, really, I just thought about it this time! I took the stomach medicine with my stomach medicine, but I didn't have any pain and it went smoothly.
That’s because I didn’t eat at lunches before. I didn’t eat at lunches before my stomach was still painful. Later, I was under a lot of pressure from studying and turned into stomach ulcers. So when I used to hold lunches, I knew that there were too many benefits. It will really make you feel good, and you will be less groggy when you work hard. You work hard for a lot of time, and now you know that it can also treat stomach problems.So if you have a bad stomach, you should try your best. Some of you are not used to it. You can eat cereal the night before, and then eat a little bit, so that it has a buffer period for reducing food, not too long for a week. It’s good, it’s been a year, and you don’t want to hold it, because it smells so delicious and delicious.
