Next Saturday is the last lecture of our two-month seminar. After the lecture, on Sunday, my people are already in the sky and they are already flying back to Taiwan. After eating, I felt warm in my heart and I was a little reluctant to go back, but this kind of seeing off The atmosphere has begun to appear, and in the past few days, I have accepted a few appointments for dining out.
Before I came here for more than a month, I almost never went out. So did our master, and our guardians often invited me to arrange where I went to play. I didn't dare to go out because I was afraid that my heart would be distracted.Now there is one week left, and now I am almost about to complete my merits. I feel a little more relaxed. As a result, something happened as soon as I went out two days ago. You can hear that my voice is very magnetic, right? This is still a microphone. If you don't have a microphone, you may not hear me.
Today we go to Fo Guang Shan, to Di Shui Fang, the food in Di Shui Fang is quite a bit of a standard, where to eat Lhasa, do you know Lhasa?I also like to eat in Lhasa, because I am also very familiar with Malaysia. I will go there at least twice a year in the past few years. It is fixed, but now I find that I failed this test two days ago, maybe now Older too, or what?The throat swelled up immediately after eating it, but I just ate a lot of it. (The law protector) I tried desperately and ordered a bunch of things. After I came back, I found that after eating at noon, I found that my throat was swollen and a little painful at night. , The tonsils are swollen, and the tonsils are swollen, that means catching a cold.
Later I slept in the middle of the night and found that I really couldn’t fall asleep. I was affected, so I started to practice the exercises. Fortunately, I have used it since yoga and worshiping Buddha. It’s really effective. You see, I’m still in good spirits. Although there is still a bit of magnetism. It's only been a day since I've been lying down, I had a headache!If you can’t sleep at night, you have a headache, that is, the symptoms of the cold have already appeared, and you have sneeze and heard two sounds. Later, you prayed to the Buddha to force the cold out, drink plenty of water, sleep, and rest. If we don’t rely on a doctor, Rely on rest, rely on the Buddha, and lay it down in one day.
It used to be different. I went to Malaysia and ate durians for XNUMX days. It didn’t matter. It didn’t take long to think about it. It was only a few years ago, maybe now this body..., but it’s hard to tell, maybe now. The food is relatively bland, so if you eat too stimulating at once, you will have a reaction, but in general, I am still very happy.Why? Because our practice is actually very comfortable, as long as we can bear the cause and effect, my skill is relatively poor!You have to get sick for another day, and some people will be fine after eating, so you should try to eat as much as possible. Cultivation is not impossible for this, and that is not possible. Cultivation is very comfortable.
As far as the Great Bodhisattva is concerned, it doesn't matter if people practice killing, stealing, licentious, or arrogant, and there are merits, but we can't learn this!At least in life, it’s okay to enjoy the fate among the five desires and six dusts, and we don’t want to be greedy by ourselves. If we can’t be greedy by ourselves, we will create karma. Whatever can be digested is fine. If you can't digest what you can bear, it doesn't matter. It's fine if you feel sad.
All in all, we look at our own level, and then let it happen, not to say alas!I can’t practice this or that. It seems to be very bitter. The world is already bitter enough. Who wants to cultivate? No, it’s just that it’s bitter at the beginning. Generally speaking, it should be five or ten years at the beginning. If you are a monk, Standards. If the standards are at home, the old monk Guangqin said that there is no practice at home, so there is no standard.
In terms of being a monk, are we really motivated and really want to practice? From the beginning of the monkhood, this is really the case, because you have given up all your desires and six things, and you have given up all of them, then you can begin to treat Your worries, so this teaching is not excessive at all. The real practice begins with a monk.At the very beginning, we treated our habits. The past few years were really bitter! I have been a monk for almost fifteen years. A few years ago, wow!It’s so hard that I want to die. It’s a kind of physical and mental, and physical training, but it’s okay, okay, because in fact, we all have infinite potential.
Like I have never suffered before, and I have never had any hardship since I was a child. After I graduated from the Singapore training course, it happened to be our world’s highest single gold, and we were lucky enough to have a driver when I went out, and someone cooks for dinner. We are only responsible for learning. The morning class starts at XNUMX o’clock and we wake up until we are full. The next day, we flew to Lantau Island, Po Lin Monastery, Lantau Island to practice asceticism, and get up at XNUMX:XNUMX. It’s a minority, you do you know?The youngest person was really tired for two consecutive days at that time. It happened to be the Guanyin Festival. At the busiest time, you woke up at XNUMX:XNUMX in the morning until ten o’clock and set the board at ten o’clock at noon for two consecutive days. I don’t have to rest, and I’ve been busy all the time. If I don’t have time to rest, I collapsed in two days and I lie there unable to move.
That was the hardest time in my life, because I have never had the opportunity to suffer so much. How tired are you in other places? You said that occasionally participating in those activities, you still have time to sit down and drink. Tea, take a break, right? We don't have one on the mountain, and the environment is very, very simple!But this also came over, and I got used to it in a few days.So actually the real suffering!Mainly the pain in the heart.
I think the most difficult thing to break through is that there are three times in my own impression, and those three times should be two times, and two times, one is because of the many obstacles in spreading the Dharma at that time. We just graduated from the beginning!Actually, I just graduated, and that was not an obstacle, but I couldn't see any future, so I gave birth to a retreat, alas!I just want to die. That is because my heart is already very painful. I want to say that you can die after three years of chanting with the door closed, and the slowest is three years.
The other time was in this aspect of Taoism. Generally speaking, our monks probably do not want to understand the secular customs. Normally speaking, it is not. There have been two times in the past ten years in the aspect of Taoism. There is no way to break through that kind of suffering in my heart, because We are training ourselves to have a sincere relationship with people, but in fact we are too overestimating ourselves. Ordinary people have no sincerity, and we don’t know how to use sincerity. Then we couldn’t break through this bottleneck at that time. The second time was much better. , So this kind of suffering!In fact, everyone with this standard of suffering will definitely encounter this kind of inner suffering in the first few years. Sometimes it is so hard that you can't break through.
However, some inner pains similar to Daoqing, in fact, the feeling of the second time is much weaker, I hope there is no third time, because I will often bring up this Dharma view, which will generate power, so wait for us to do this. After all breakthroughs, you will find it at ease when facing the realm. Nothing will annoy you, and nothing will restrain you.
Normally, what should happen in five or ten years is almost the same. You will encounter them, and you will encounter some tests. As long as you break through, you will live very well in the following days, and even we can really survive to the bliss. If we don’t live in the bliss, we may have to come back again in the next life. Maybe we will forget and the merits will be there, but we will forget all of a sudden, and you may have to meet the realm before you will be destroyed. Wake up, so it's still very hard.
We are well motivated in this life. After breaking through, we don’t have to wait for death. We really have the intention to break through this doctrinal contrast. When the realm comes, we break through it. Soon we can actually live in bliss right now. In the world, we can feel that any realm is now, even if it is faced with the five desires and six dusts, or the problem of emotion that is the most difficult for us in the world to break through, we say that love does not regenerate and does not give birth to Sapo!Most of us in the world are all trapped in this love, nine out of ten, and some who are not married yet want to jump in, so you have to take a bit of pain before you are willing. This is the way in this world.
We also have Dao affection when we are a monk. I have experienced it myself. In fact, it is also a kind of inner heart, and it is because I don't understand it!Actually that is also true. It should seem to manifest your sincerity in this realm. In fact, there is no need to deliberately. There can be no innocent phenomena in this world, and you are not satisfied with that heart. It is impossible to appear outside as we are. willing.In fact, let's go with the flow, the normal heart, what we have to learn is the normal heart.

(XNUMX) Real practice can be very comfortable
Normal mind, many people don’t know how, oh~ well, well, normal mind is just indifferent, not feeling, this is not the case, you can live uncomfortably like this, there is no taste, in fact, life can be very happy, anytime, just Like I came back from eating Lhasa, wow! It's miserable, the misfortune comes from the mouth, the misfortune comes from the mouth, and the prize will be won right away, and the reward will appear right away, but I am very happy, I am willing!I have to eat next time, anyway, I can eat it!As long as we can bear it, we are fine, so in this case, life will be very happy.
Anything you want to do, as long as the predecessor is present, you should not deliberately look for it, it doesn't count as if you deliberately look for it!Deliberately looking for greed, anger, ignorance, fate, you can enjoy yourself, as long as you bear it, this is freedom.Some people say that I want to cultivate a normal mind, but in the end I eat something, no!I don't want to eat, I don't want to eat, and I eat desperately. In fact, I still want this thing in my heart, but I seem to be deceiving myself, no!I am not greedy, it is not tested. Next time I test you, I will know whether you are greedy or not. So we should always look at ourselves, do we have that greed?
If not, when we are facing the realm, we can accept it calmly. In fact, after the Buddha becomes a Buddha, he will also show to the ten directions. He also eats, drinks and sleeps like us. He can do anything. It’s just that we don’t want to be greedy. When the phenomenon arises and the condition comes, we face it happily. When the condition is gone, we are also normal. Usually we are very happy when the condition comes. After the condition is extinguished, we feel a sense of loss or greed. So, I don’t even want to let it go, right? Memories are always in my mind, and some people even go a step further and try to find a way to restore the happy scene at the time. Is there? We people are trapped in this place by ourselves.
If we say that we truly follow the fate, the fate comes, and we happily accept it, just like our time, everyone is studying hard and happily grasping the present, this present is actually eternal, we will not feel any shortcomings , You don’t have to deliberately hold on to it, the predestined condition will come, and when the predestined condition is extinguished, let it be destroyed. Only in this way can it conform to one, and the Dharma should teach us a life attitude.
People in the world are just the opposite. When fate comes, he pretends that he doesn’t like it, or that he doesn’t cherish it at all. When fate is destroyed, he is unwilling and wants to catch it. Isn’t it? It’s unnatural to be in this world of phenomena all day. Life is unnatural. The so-called ordinary mind is to come or go. We have to observe our inspiring thoughts in the realm. Is there such a normal mind?This way everyone will practice! Practice is to practice like this.
It's not that you can't face the realm, it's okay, none of us can't live without the realm. You hide in the mountains by yourself, and you are locked in a closed room. You also have to face the realm, what realm?A delusion that arises in life is also a realm!There is always a realm. How to treat the delusion when it arises, and treat your delusion with a normal mind, then you have kung fu, and it can't affect you. This is the part of the view of meditation.
The more I talk about it, the deeper it gets! In short, we have been talking about the banquets that are all over the world for a long time, just to talk about our Dharma predestined during this period. I myself look at it with this kind of mentality. After all, I have practiced for more than ten years. In the past, some people who had no way, were stronger, and had no way to break through the bitter stage, have also experienced it. I just said that I almost died twice and tried to survive. The third one was relatively weak, and some were relatively weak, but I still have a heart-moving thought, and now I gradually feel that you can do whatever you want and do whatever you want, but our standard is still the standard of ordinary people, not the standard of the big bodhisattva, so we are also here to share with you, and then we With a normal mind, look at the birth and death of some causes and conditions.
I think our fellow practitioners, the weather today is relatively bad, but you are still able to do this, and it’s very rare to enthusiastically come to practice together. I believe that we will continue to maintain this kind of diligence in doing the Taoism in the future. Whether the predestiny is good or not depends on our own feelings. If everyone really has this mind, we must work hard. In the future, I believe that our Dharma predestined will be very good here, and there will be a lot of good knowledge for everyone to achieve together.For the last lecture next week, we will be open for everyone to ask questions and chat. Anyway, I’m still in the teaching stage. I won’t mention it next week. I won’t mention it at all. What is the temporary situation, there is no way to ask questions.
The visualization we talked about last time is divided into three parts. The first one is when we bow down, when our hips are lowered, do we press our internal organs, the internal organs feel very irritating, right? It is an action that ordinary exercise cannot stimulate. At this time, we visualize that with a blessing from the Buddha light, it helps us cleanse our entire internal organs and detoxify. All these bad diseases and cells disappear in the Buddha light. We worship When we go down, we feel sour and sour. At the moment we cooperate with this kind of visualization. In this way, the power is great and our thoughts are very important. Of course, the movements are also related, because there are some exercises that you can’t stimulate the internal organs. So our internal organs are actually very difficult to treat. Once something goes wrong, it is very difficult to treat.
The second is the footing ceremony of our five-body throwing to the ground. After we go down, do we have to turn the palms? At this time, this is called the footing ceremony. The general turning of the palms is... When the palms are turned, the general visualization we know is also the observation. Think of the Buddha. His two feet stand on our palms. These two feet represent the fullness of Fuhui, so at this time, it is the Buddha shining light. We visualize the Buddha shining right in front of us, taking his blessing and wisdom merits. Give it to us unconditionally. After we receive it, we will return, and when we turn the palm, we will return to all sentient beings on the earth. This is to expand our mind. Why do we generally have little merit in the return?Because we only want to cultivate for my family and ourselves, our merits are reluctant to give to others. If this is the case, it will be wrong. Instead, you will get very little. Therefore, we must practice to expand our mind. Every time we worship Going on, we will practice expanding our minds and sharing the blessings and wisdom we have received with everyone.
The third visualization is when we stand up, we visualize the movement of raising our hands. We visualize the Buddha standing in the air, holding the lotus flower in the hand to shine, and light from the height to bless us. Now we are all All the karma is gone, just in an instant, because it is usually when we are dying that we will see this situation. Let us imagine now and get used to this situation. As soon as the Buddha shines, our hearts will be happy, and the karma will be completely eliminated. At the moment, our spiritual consciousness comes out from the top of our heads. There is an absolute difference between the perception and the absence of perception. You know that this visualization is absolutely different from whether you don’t know this visualization. Some people have always felt that they have always been attached to this body, yours. The thoughts may always be in your heart. In this part of your body, if the last thought comes out from the heart or from the belly button, then we are born with either humanity or heaven. You can’t get out of the Three Realms, so we get used to it first. We know that when there is such a thing, our spiritual consciousness should come out from the top of the head and cooperate with an ordinary exercise, so that it goes smoothly. When the Buddha comes, we naturally sit on the lotus and walk with the Buddha.
If there is no person who has asked to die, we will visualize the Buddha's light as the whole body's karma, just as we used to learn yoga and worship Buddha, we also have this kind of visualization, that is, when we visualize that our karma is doing this movement, the whole body will be All the toxins in the body are flowing down to the soles of the feet, infiltrating into the floor and the ground. There is also this visualization. This is to purify our body, mind, and soul. All of us fellow practitioners here should be seeking death!This way, the benefits will be greater. This is three parts.In fact, remember it first. When we formally worship, this is not the main thing. There is another situation to worship Buddha, but you remember it. These visualizations will help us. .

Then we are going to talk about the theory. The first one is that when we go down, we accept our chin, right?Take your chin, everyone seems to be fine. In fact, we usually have a lot of people playing computers. Now we have to fight for a few hours. Sometimes we actually have to remember that I have to get up and go for an hour, and I don’t have it myself, so Sitting for two or three hours, forgetting, forgetting time, so this is not good. When we want to sit, we form a habit of taking the chin at any time. This is very important, you may not You just forgot to get up until you prayed to the Buddha, right?You can do this alone at any time, collect it as much as possible, and stick it to the breastbone when you receive it. Of course, you can't stick it at the beginning, so pull it slowly.
There are seven cervical vertebrae here in our neck, seven sections!So the more you pull, the tighter the better. What are the benefits of pulling it?There are three advantages. The first is to allow sufficient blood flow in our brain. We have the carotid artery in front and the vertebral artery in the back. If you often pull forward, this artery will not be squeezed, and its blood supply will be smooth. Oxygen is abundant, you see why our brains are so often, we like to yawn, right?It is that the brain lacks oxygen, oxygen is insufficient, and the blood is not smooth. We pull this action, at least we have no effect on our body, but the main brain will be very clear. We often do this action. We do it when we yoga and worship Buddha. Remind Everyone keep their chins from start to finish, right?
Its second advantage is that it can make the cerebrospinal fluid flow smoothly. The cerebrospinal fluid circulates, that is, the entire brain and the spinal cord and spinal fluid around the spine. The spinal fluid is very important to us, that is, it can regulate this Brain pressure, some people will have a stroke, do they?High blood pressure or something, if you do this often, you can regulate some of the pressure in the brain, and there will be no sudden emergencies, which will become vegetative and dementia, so this is for the protection of the brain and the supply of nutrients. There is also detoxification, which has a great effect.
Conversely, if we often press the cervical spine in this place, it is equivalent to saying that some of our brains, spinal cords or blood are not smooth. It is like saying that the liquid in the whole brain is soaked in very dirty water every day. Do you think this kind of person would be smart?It's definitely impossible, and your mood can't be good. You're groggy all day long, and your spirits are not good. So just this action can keep our minds awake.
The third is that we generally have a lot of nerves in the cervical spine. If we do this, the nerves will not be compressed. The nerves in our arms also come from the cervical spine. So if you look at our hands, our hands are sore, painful, and numb. In fact, the cervical spine is compressed. There are many organs in the body such as the heart and blood pressure regulation. Many organs are related to the nerves in the cervical spine. If you compress it, it will affect it. So just this action can make a big difference. Good thing, we have to do it thoroughly, and usually you can do it alone.
