The reason why ordinary people are ordinary people is that they will recognize the false as the true in the world of phenomena.The reason why sages are sages is that they can see the law of dependent origination in the world of phenomena. They see that the phenomena of all people and things are nothing but temporary and false existence due to the harmony of various conditions. The realm seen by the sage who understands the mind and sees the nature and realizes the emptiness.Because the sage realizes the emptiness, all dharmas are empty and impossible to obtain, so the heart will no longer be confused and controlled by the phenomenal world, and will naturally be able to play in the world freely and happily. This is the complete liberation of the soul.However, although the nature of all things is empty, this "emptiness" is not the "nothingness" in the concept of ordinary people, but contains all dharmas. It is the realm of reality seen by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.Ordinary sentient beings, because they are attached to all phenomena as true, cannot see that the body in the wonderful existence is empty, so they have various attachments and troubles. The Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and saints have all kinds of troubles because they can't bear sentient beings to accept falsehood as true. To vacate existence, to drive Cihang backwards, to make fake dramas to be real, to combine light and dust, to incarnate in all the predestined places in the ten directions, to persuade all beings who are still bewildered and upside down, and to recognize the truth of the emptiness of dependent origination.As long as sentient beings can recognize this truth clearly, they can be like saints in the phenomenal world, no longer confused and confused, and their hearts can also be freed from suffering, free from suffering and attain happiness.

And what we are talking about here is the practice of universal sages from emptiness, that is, after seeing the emptiness of all dharmas, we then initiate Mahayana Bodhicitta, never stop stubborn emptiness, and regenerate wonderful existence from this emptiness, which is the same dust as light. Action but not action is like an illusion, and it extends the behavior of sentient beings who are still recognizing falsehood as true. This is the worldly Bodhisattva way practiced by Bodhisattvas who do not understand their minds and natures. The head of the Bodhisattva, just like Amitabha is the king of the Buddha, they also represent the status and realm of the merits of the Dharma body, so they can surpass other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and call them kings. The Bodhisattva’s conduct and upholding are not comparable. Even if they are also Awakened Bodhisattvas, they should be headed by Samantabhadra. The Sutra of Infinite Life states that the Bodhisattvas and other members of the public should “comply with the virtues of Samantabhadra…”, and ultimately to achieve Buddhahood.Therefore, in terms of things and appearances, they are all practicing the Bodhisattva Way in the world, but because of the different ingenuity and mysteries of the heart, and the size of the heart's vision is also different, there will be great differences in the virtues.In the content of this title, what we want to learn is to practice the ultimate bodhisattva way in the human world according to the realm of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, so as to help everyone in the current human world to achieve the highest and most extraordinary bodhisattva merits as quickly as possible.

How to practice the Samantabhadra in the present?To be honest, we ordinary people cannot practice and practice according to Samantabhadra Bodhisattva from the realm of emptiness. Only saints who have a clear mind and see nature have the ability to cultivate, but although we have not yet achieved it, we can still imitate it first. If you do it and you are familiar with it, you can also realize it without knowing it. Just like learning to write calligraphy, you can start by copying it. After writing for a long time, the font will naturally become solemn.If you are a person with strong roots, you can directly understand the realm of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, and then start to cultivate after enlightenment.And people with dull roots must achieve enlightenment by imitating them, otherwise they won't be able to get into it for the rest of their lives, and they won't be able to afford to cultivate.Therefore, regarding the Dependent Origination of Empty, there is the truth of non-duality, even if we read it for a while, we still don’t understand it, and we don’t know how to grasp it.We must first know that there are these truths in our hearts, and then learn to be honest in our behavior. The Three Jewels teach us how to do it, and we will copy it. In this way, we are also qualified to learn and uphold the practice of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva.

For example, the moral standard of our world first teaches us to be filial to our parents and to love our brothers and sisters.But if we follow the realm of Samantabhadra, we must expand our mind, like a vast and boundless void. According to the specific standards stated in the "Brahma Net Bodhisattva Precepts", we will regard everyone as my parents in the past and all Buddhas in the future. , to truly filial piety to all sentient beings with the heart and deeds of respecting all Buddhas.Not only the current parents should be respectful and filial, but the people around them, even the wicked, should be filial and filial.Among Puxian's Ten Great Vow Kings, "praise the Tathagata" and "rejoice in the merits"... all of them should do the same.Can we do this now?What a joke! ?This is definitely not possible, but this is what we need to learn and hold now. We don’t have to wait until we are reborn in the Land of Ultimate Bliss before we can start to learn and hold. As long as we can have confidence in the Three Jewels, truly develop Bodhicitta, and become ordinary people with great minds, I can really believe what the scriptures say, that all sentient beings are our parents from past lives, and that all sentient beings have become Buddhas. If you only recognize the real parents you see in this life as your only parents, then this is the beginning of learning to uphold Samantabhadra.As long as you know how to take the first step, you will move on to the second step. The faster you walk, the faster you will achieve your own merits and results. This is to use this example to learn how to rely on Samantabhadra Bodhisattva’s vast heart everywhere. The principle of doing all the good things in the world according to the standard of quantity.

In addition, it is necessary to learn and uphold Samantabhadra Bodhisattva's mind-ground work of the three doors of liberation, "entering the dharma door of emptiness without signs and desires", so as to practice all the good dharmas in the world. "Entering emptiness" means doing good things and knowing that the essence of all things is emptiness, so that you can not be attached to this false appearance, and you will not have a heart of gain or loss. "No signs" means seeing all situations and things as a temporary illusion, so that you won't be lost by the state, and you will follow the joys, sorrows, sorrows and joys in the appearances. "Wishless" knows the emptiness and can do it as if it were an illusion, without even being attached to good wishes, so that you won't be attached to merits and virtues, and you can really get great freedom.Some Buddhist practitioners no longer cling to the world's laws, but instead greed for the Buddha's teachings. They are obsessed with how many temples they want to build, how many sentient beings they want to save, and how they want to do it. In order to achieve their goals, they will inevitably create a lot of karma in the process. If the soup does not change the medicine, the essence is still the habit of the three poisons.Therefore, it is also very important to enter the realm of "unwillingness".We need to learn and uphold Samantabhadra, that is, we need to imitate carefully in these subtle places.As long as you learn to practice with this kind of heart, doing one good deed in the world is equivalent to doing countless and boundless good deeds. As stated in the "Hua Yan", one is everything. How great is the merit!This is the greatest return on investment, and it can be counted as an infinite multiple.Ordinary people, when doing a little good deed, just remember it clearly, and are very attached to the object that I am giving and receiving, and that I also owe me favors, and the things I have given. If these three aspects are not Empty, this is not the practice of Samantabhadra, and the expansion of merit is limited by oneself.If you can practice and uphold good dharma according to the standard of the three-wheel body emptiness, even if it is just a little bit of kindness, if you pay one or ten dollars, the merit will spread to all the dharma realms in the void, because there is no me who can give, and no object or object. Items can break through the appearance and enter the realm of emptiness, and then become one with the merits and virtues of the dharma that pervade all places.This is why we often say that in Buddhism, one can "give up one thing and get ten thousand retribution".It is to learn to use this kind of mind and practice to cultivate blessings, and you will be able to give up a thousand rewards. "Ten thousand" is not ten thousand, it means infinite.Even if we just imitate a similar realm to do good deeds, we can still feel the same kind of merit and retribution. Therefore, wise people must study and hold this supremely wonderful Dharma of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva with heart and make good use of us. This physical body makes the best use of everything and exerts its maximum function. Then, when you come to the world with your karma in this life, you will not only come here to receive rewards, but also take away countless and boundless merits and results.
