All karma was so extraordinary and so fast that it was too late to imagine and difficult to arrange deliberately.It was only after I woke up a little bit that I became aware of Ouch!It's miserable now, I'm now relying on the monk, so don't I have to learn the precepts again?Wouldn't it be necessary to peel off another layer of skin?damn!damn!I originally thought that I have suffered enough since I learned Buddhism, and I finally found the way to rebirth in the Pure Land. Next, I was planning to just recite the Buddha so honestly and wait until I was reborn. Why did I suddenly not prepare myself mentally, Buddha? The Bodhisattva suddenly sent me a monk to urge me to work hard. All this is like a dream. I wonder if the monk will be very strict with my teaching at this time! ?At this time, my heart started to go up and down.

Sure enough, the monk first asked me to memorize the three hundred and forty-eight precepts of monks and the XNUMX-word Bodhisattva Precepts of the Brahma Net Sutra. Dharma established a group of nuns and monks to lead people to practice, teach and learn from each other, and continue to pass down the precepts.When I heard it, I was dumbfounded. I hurriedly bargained with the monk, and finally promised to memorize the "Brahma Net Sutra" first. However, I have always been indifferent to the style of the bhikshuni precepts. From beginning to end, he showed a kind of gentle, compassionate, pure, self-disciplined and rigorous example, and taught his disciples in a good manner.

For me, everything I didn’t pursue deliberately, just naturally achieved such a wonderful dharma condition, which is the blessing of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, otherwise it would be difficult for a habitual person like me to save it. .There have been several occasional karma in the past, all because I could not accept the intentional and enthusiastic acceptance of the monks, and I was mistaken for an arrogant and uneducated person. In the end, I was inexplicably repaired by them. Seeing the bhikkhus, he still had lingering fears and was a little scared, and always wanted to stay away to protect himself.Maybe it's because I also hurt their self-esteem inadvertently in the corresponding attitude, especially the better the impression of me, the more intentionally accepting me, the more they will always teach me a lesson in the end.In fact, I really have no intention of causing such a result. At the moment, I just want to try my best to follow the proportions of the monks and precepts to adjust the proportion of interaction, and because the masters and great virtues I have been close to are all so solemn and compassionate, And my own habits are indeed very demanding of perfection, so I can only praise most of the excellent good teachers, and it is difficult for me to truly be willing to be obedient and taught.Over the years, until I met a merciful and pure precept like the monk Qing, and his exemplary identity representing the great virtue of the discipline, I was completely willing to accept it, and I was willing to accept it from the bottom of my heart. Teach and protect Qing Gong and monks to promote the precepts according to their power.The reason is not just because the monk has the kindness to accept me, not only because of his personal morality, but also because of the rise and fall of Buddhism as a whole. How wide the karma is, if you can’t implement the Buddha’s teachings in matters, take precepts as your teacher, and take suffering as your teacher, then sometimes it’s easy to make mistakes that mislead sentient beings, and you don’t really get to become a monk. Disciples bear the responsibility of the Tathagata's family business.Therefore, as a righteous Buddhist disciple, you should protect the Buddha's precepts together without hesitation, regardless of sect, and those who learn and maintain the precepts, so as to be a positive influence on the masses.

Especially at the end of the Dharma period, there are many people who practice the Pure Land Buddhist recitation, and the Pure Land Dharma door is simple and easy to practice, relying entirely on the power of the Buddha, the three roots are universal, and there is no leakage. All beings in the Nine Dharma Realms, whether good or bad, can be saved as long as they have full faith and aspirations. It is especially easy to be led away by the habit of laziness and laziness. Most of the trivial and subtle precepts are kept away. This is a very dangerous misunderstanding.It is important to know that a Buddhist chanting person who truly possesses true faith and true aspirations, and who is truly confident in his rebirth, if he truly feels the blessings of the Buddha's power into his heart, he will not be reborn, change evil and become good, try his best to learn good Dharma, abandon five desires and six objects, and uphold Buddha. Pure precepts, wholeheartedly towards the Tao.If you are lucky because the Pure Land method relies entirely on Buddha’s power to save you, and you don’t even learn the sacred teachings or take strict precautions, you must be misunderstanding the news and creating boundless karma.A person who recites Buddhahood and reborn in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss does not discuss Kung Fu in terms of personal conditions, but if he only cares about the individual's ability to live and die, and ignores the impact of his own body and behavior on the overall situation, the result is also very terrifying.In the future, even if you are truly fortunate enough to be reborn in bliss and become a Buddha, you will still receive the same retribution when you return with your vows, and you will also experience obstacles in the future.Therefore, the present cause and effect before death cannot be carelessly cultivated!Especially as a monk who leads the congregation, if you don’t understand the precepts, you will not only fail to fulfill the standard of the monks to uphold the precepts, but also fail to nurture the conduct that the monks should have. If you slander the Three Jewels, you will commit a serious crime at any time without knowing it, and the retribution for three immeasurable kalpas in the future will definitely be endless.

He said that he would try his best to learn, which is a very rare phenomenon, because he himself has been aware that as the abbot and managing the monastery, he must bear heavier causal responsibilities, and once he does not understand the precepts and accidentally breaks the precepts, he will not be able to do so. If you can detect it in time, won’t you have to suffer serious retribution in the future?For example, if the resident monks do not make good use of their permanent objects, their future retribution will be heavier than committing the five offenses. Buddhas can be saved by committing five offenses, and they abuse their permanent properties in the ten directions. The object of this sin is spread all over the ten directions, and will last for innumerable kalpas in the future. These debts are repaid, and these common karma results, as the abbot, can not stay out of the decision.Therefore, if you do not learn the precepts, you will inevitably break the precepts without knowing it.Once you have learned the precepts, if you really can’t do it, you can at least know which precepts you have broken, and you will still have the opportunity to repent and repent, and then gradually increase your number.

From a practical point of view, there are still some monks in the sangha who think that living beings who have ended the Dharma have poor roots and that the standard of monks’ precepts cannot actually be met. Therefore, they took the initiative to reduce all the precepts that monks should hold to the ten precepts of novice monks. This seems to be very pragmatic and has his reasons, but in fact, there are still ridicules of disrespecting the Buddha's precepts, and arbitrarily changing and lowering the standards of the monks' precepts.If it is predicted that the fundamental nature of all living beings cannot be achieved, then they will not follow the teachings and uphold them, and they will not abide by the duties of the monks. It is really necessary to observe the subtle cause and effect, so as not to accidentally make a big mistake due to good intentions without knowing it.

In addition, there are some people who like to talk about empty words and have no choice but to pursue the realm of rationality, and see the precepts as an illusion. Such people do not pay attention to the cultivation of things at all, and it is even more dangerous. If the achievement is heavy, there will be no cause and effect, and the evil will be boundless.After any great Bodhisattva or even attains Buddhahood, there is no one who does not express the Dharma with his body, manifests the Dharma according to the Dharma, and implements it in practice and practice according to the three learnings of precepts, concentration and wisdom that are not common to outsiders. According to the Huayan Sutra, there are no obstacles, and keeping the precepts in matters will not hinder the liberation and emptiness of the heart. The real emptiness must live on the existence, and cannot exist alone.Therefore, there is nothing in the matter, nothing is empty, and there is no reason to rely on it.The directors are obstructive and the directors are not perfect, and the realm of proof is very limited. At most, it can only be a mantra in Buddhism.What's more serious is that such a wrong demonstration will also bring about a phenomenon like the butterfly effect, which will seriously mislead and influence countless future Buddha-studying sentient beings. It was unimaginably serious.

There are still many so-called great laymen in the Buddhist sect. They think that they have understood their minds and see their nature, so they set up their own portals, preach the scriptures, and do not take refuge in the Three Jewels, but only take refuge in the Two Jewels, and do not respect the monks and monks. The practice of the sanghas that arrived did not necessarily surpass them, so they were not willing to take refuge and study.This view cannot be said to be completely wrong. It is true that the quality of today's monks is far inferior to that of Gude, but there is at least one aspect that can definitely be called a monk's treasure, surpassing all the lay monks and making the order The reason for respectful taking refuge and upholding is the precepts. The standard of renunciation and precepts is much higher than that of the lay family. This is also the review standard of the Buddha's entrusting the Tathagata's family business. It depends on all kinds of great deeds, but depends on the precepts. Only with the abbot of Pini can Buddhism truly live in the world.The two hundred and fifty precepts for monks, the three hundred and forty-eight basic precepts for monks, the three thousand majestic rituals and eighty thousand fine practices developed from the internal and external sangha (Buddha) must be continuously learned and upheld. , the standard of identity of the Master of Man and Heaven.No matter how the lay person cultivates, the internal and external precepts cannot reach this standard. Therefore, they should not have the intention to replace the Sangha to spread the Dharma and benefit the life. Receiving and upholding the Bodhisattva Precepts at home is also virtuous, and only after the karma has been recognized by the great virtue of the monks, can it be regarded as a matter of propagating the Dharma and benefiting the living. Precepts.

The highest realm that the Buddhadharma will ultimately present is actually the manifestation of the truth of the Middle Way. Neither the layman’s precepts nor the monks’ precepts can depart from this standard of physical nature. Otherwise, the precepts can only be the basic level of Buddhism. Humans must also integrate and apply the Tripitaka theories, so as to reveal the prajna wisdom of the Middle Way of Buddhism through moral conduct.Nor can it be just that the deacon abolishes the law, holds the precepts to death, is trapped under the precepts, and does not use the wisdom of Prajna in it.Or maybe they just talk about prajna in vain, and they govern wasteful things. They focus on these two sides. This is not the realm of the Middle Way.Only when all the directors are perfect can such a person be called a great teacher who understands the precepts, understands the Dharma, and truly cultivates and proves.The Chinese Taoist Xuan Lvzu was able to combine the teachings of Mahayana with the precepts of Theravada, and made a comprehensive arrangement of the precepts, so that the precepts are no longer just at the basic level.As a monk who has the opportunity to meet a good teacher after being ordained for many years, repented and repented, and returned to make up lessons, I sincerely hope that the disciples of the four groups will also have the opportunity to earnestly learn and uphold and benefit from it.

In the blink of an eye, I have also entered the fourth year of being a monk. During this period, I deeply realized that the karma of being a woman is indeed worse than that of men. The heart of cultivating wisdom will naturally become more earnest.The demonstration of the monk's behavior can really make us feel ashamed, and our inner modest and soft heart will naturally appear, and we will not dare to be complacent with the current situation.The monk eats one meal a day for more than XNUMX years. He maintains the importance and severity, and has strict self-discipline. He has retreated three times for three years each time. During the period, he has practiced the samadhi four times in total. Lying down, walking and reciting Buddha's prayers without sleep, my feet are worn out, and I still persevere even when the pus and blood are oozing out. This is a difficult thing to do, if you don't have a strong willpower, and the great compassion and willingness to replace the suffering of all living beings, How can it work?It is rare to see such a great virtue in modern times. If we are able to use our ability, I am afraid that we will not be able to survive a day and a night.It is because I once inspired the monks to go to Malaysia to teach the Three Refuges and Five Precepts Bodhisattva Precepts for the lay Buddhists. I also had a chance to meet a monk during the Dharma promotion in Canada and was arranged to participate in the activities to assist in the preaching of the precepts. During the period when the monks personally proofread the subtitles, they have more opportunities to get close to monks than ordinary bhikkhunis. Otherwise, there are very few opportunities for bhikkhunis to want to get close to monks in person.Because the monks are usually busy with many precepts and Buddhist law affairs every day, and also guide two monasteries and sanghas, hundreds of monks and novices, and the elders who are nearly XNUMX years old. The daily affairs are far more than Young people in general.Recently (XNUMX), the monk's abbot's sangha has added a law school, and the monk is even more busy. I just took this opportunity and also decided to stop talking and recite the Buddha in my permanent residence for three or five years, and use the No matter how hard you have the opportunity to learn the precepts, self-cultivation honestly, and don’t dare to add more troubles to the monk. All these motivations are inspired by the monk’s morality. The disciples around him are naturally willing to listen to the monk’s teachings and be honest. Peace of mind in the Dharma, study and uphold as much as possible.

At the end of the Dharma period, Buddhist temples seemed to be bustling and prosperous, but in fact, most of them were in response to the needs of all living beings. After reaching the source of the true Buddhadharma and cultivating in Buddhism for decades, what I cultivated is not the Buddhadharma, but the worldly Dharma similar to the Buddhadharma, which has nothing to do with liberation.Therefore, we must know how to get close to good teachers, and for us, the best teacher is the Dharma, get close to those who have morality, and honestly follow the foundation of the Dharma to cultivate. Only in this way can we ensure that we truly enter Buddhism. on the way to liberation.
