XNUMX. How to save sentient beings at home and at home?

XNUMX. How to save sentient beings at home and at home?
The World Honored Sakyamuni once said at the "Diamond Sutra" conference that Buddhas do not save sentient beings. The World-Honored One has clearly saved countless sentient beings, so why does he say that he has not saved sentient beings?Because the Buddha has attained the emptiness of being able to both perish; there is no one who can be saved, and there is no one who can be saved. In fact, everything outside is just a help. If you really want to save sentient beings, who has the ability to save them?Only beings themselves.Only when sentient beings themselves truly realize that they must cut off evil and cultivate goodness and transform their destiny. At this time, the methods of helping karma taught by predecessors will work. If sentient beings are not willing to save themselves, the Buddha will not be able to save them. Therefore, those who engage in supernatural powers and ghosts, who say that they can perform miracles, eliminate disasters, and transport people, mislead all beings to worship and make offerings to them, they are all devils and gods, and they must stay away, otherwise they will get the last wealth People are dying, and it is possible that the consciousness has been occupied by ghosts and ghosts, and then it is really into a place of eternal doom.No matter whether the disciples of the righteous believers have attained supernatural powers or not, they usually do not use this method to save sentient beings, because the Buddha himself stipulates that disciples cannot do this. The Buddha Shakyamuni taught the scriptures for forty-nine years in his life, and it was the same every day. The main thing is to save sentient beings by giving lectures and teaching. At the same time, I also practice myself, set an example, and set an example. The same is true for any religious leader in the world. He never deviates from the scope of teaching people to break through the confusion and enlightenment, and inspire blessings and wisdom. In addition, the so-called convenient and skillful are all heretical heresy, controlled by ghosts and gods, and must be kept away and cannot be trusted.

Now that the World-Honored One has passed away for more than XNUMX years, the dharma of Buddhism has entered the period of the end of the Dharma, and the quality of the disciples who are responsible for the Tathagata's family business is deteriorating. Even so, there are still qualified good teachers who can enlighten themselves and help others to enlighten themselves. comprehend.Strictly speaking, people who save sentient beings must be enlightened themselves, in order to be able to help others become enlightened, but that refers to the standard of Zen Buddhism, because the teaching of Zen Buddhism has only one goal, and that is to help sentient beings understand their minds and see their nature, and see their natures. Buddha, this state is attained by an enlightened person, so the person who guides it must also be enlightened so that people will not be pointed the wrong way.It is not necessary to practice the Dharma under other teachings. As long as you can explain the meaning and practice of the sutras clearly, and guide those who learn later with a common growth attitude, you can also have merits and no faults.Or someone who has already understood, although the amount of knowledge is limited, but he has indeed tasted and benefited from the Dharma. The most important thing is to give clear notices according to your own level, and you can't prove yourself without proof, explain yourself, and exaggerate yourself. Even if you quote the law, it's right and right, but in fact it's all with bad intentions and bad virtues. It will inevitably go in a misleading direction, because he is not firmly walking on the real cultivation path.

As for lay disciples who want to save sentient beings, they must be humble. Even though they are teachers, they cannot replace the position of the Sangha. It should be the attitude of helping the Sangha to save sentient beings. This is the virtue of abiding by the ethics of the Sangha. Only those who can understand the teachings can be those who understand the teachings. Otherwise, they should guide students as teachers and professors in the world. After all, the status of being a monk is different from that of a layman. A monk with a lower level of certification is still more qualified and capable of educating and enlightening sentient beings than a layman with a higher level of certification. This is because of the blessing of the Buddha's power. The virtues and virtues of the precepts are different. Therefore, if a layman cannot think that his realm is higher and his Buddha-nature is equal, he is arrogant and ignores the ethics of the sangha. Wouldn’t he fall into the appearance of self-esteem and ignorance, who have poor morals and can’t understand the precepts? ?Cultivation and realization are not divided into monks, or monks, or monks. Everyone has their own dharma conditions and abilities. This does not hinder each other. However, the four groups of disciples should help and cooperate with each other and achieve mutual success, and each should take care of it. Only by being able to grasp the proportions of one's life can one achieve a harmonious and complete state. Otherwise, it will cause the opposition of one's own family and the negative influence of Buddhism, which will be a departure from the Tao.
