XNUMX. The Magical Realm of Prajna Heart Sutra

XNUMX. The Magical Realm of Prajna Heart Sutra
The Prajna Heart Sutra is the essence of the XNUMX volumes of the Prajna Sutra in Buddhism. In just XNUMX words, the truth of life in the universe has been fully explained. And then take the essence from it, and then the four words "emptiness of dependent origination" can fully explain the truth of all the world. Because the Prajna Sutra is so ingenious, there are many incisive annotations in the religious world, and even scholars without religious beliefs have unique interpretations. If you study directly, you will find that the more you study, the more confused you become, as if you seem to understand I don’t understand, but this is also my personal reaction when I first researched for a few years. Now that I have been experimenting for nearly XNUMX years, I have entered the room and can try to lead everyone to find out together.

Generally speaking, Buddhism aims to benefit all sentient beings, so I hope to lead you to start from a practical point of view.In fact, there is no difficulty in cultivation. The key lies in the sequence and method. As long as you have the right key to get started, how difficult is it for anyone to return to their own home? Therefore, to understand the Heart Sutra, the first condition here is to be willing to believe the guidance in this book, to be willing to believe that the words of the World Honored Sakyamuni and even the Patriarchs of all dynasties are true, and then follow the teachings with such pious faith. Verify, so that you will naturally quickly move from strong belief to true belief.

The second step is to start with the line. The main practice door is to recite Buddha, meditate, and contemplation... as long as you learn a method of receiving and upholding the main practice door, and then focus on your mind at all times when walking, standing, sitting, and lying down. In the Dharma Realm, because the Heart Sutra is entirely based on mental methods and internal learning, the general principles of Dharma practice are to take in the six faculties that are accustomed to clinging outward, reduce the pursuit of the five desires, and keep the precepts steadfastly in order to enter into concentration. It’s that simple. Gradually absorb the body and mind, so that the delusions of the mind are gradually reduced, so that it will definitely fit into the realm of the "Heart Sutra".You don’t need a lot of medicine, it’s good to treat the symptoms. People with strong and brave roots can get income in one or seven days, and people with dull roots can get news in up to three years. What news? When you see the "Heart Sutra" realm in your own mind, you have already entered the room at that time, so you will naturally understand what the scenery in the house is, and it must be more genuine and friendly than what you describe from other people's mouths. Experience the practice steps that lead you straight to the core. If you do it directly, there will definitely be news. If you want to look at, listen to, and choose according to your own greed, hatred, ignorance, and doubts, you will miss the instant entry to the Dao face to face. Benefit.

The third step is to widely study other people's annotations. When you enter the room and find out, you will usually not be able to accept your own state of realization, and you will not be able to understand that state at all. The bottom line is the bottom line, so at this time, you must start to study the annotations of people who have come here. At this time, you can see it at a glance, you can understand it by analogy, and you can definitely understand it, because people who truly enter the Tao have the same realm as described, at most only in terms of names and appearances. usage is different. If you don't get started, just read the annotations directly. Usually, you will not understand it for a lifetime, and there is a danger of entering the maze. The "Heart Sutra" is very short. If you want to memorize it first, you can first have a concept in words, and then directly enter the line of practice. At the same time, you will cooperate with keeping the precepts and reciting the Buddha. According to this sequence of practice, you can ensure that every smart and stupid person will be able to According to their causality, everyone can obtain the same great benefits in the end, because the World Honored Sakyamuni said that this natural beauty is inherent in everyone, the perfect treasure that does not increase in the Buddha and does not decrease in the world, the key lies in you. It's just that you can't get the key to enter the house. And after entering the room and then after enlightenment, you can enjoy the fun of practice, no matter from keeping the precepts and cultivating concentration, and even cultivating all the good dharmas in the human world. Divine power, can be at ease. These are the three steps of practice that I will guide you to enter into emptiness. Here, I will also briefly explain my understanding of learning and holding the Heart Sutra, just to let everyone have an idea of the emptiness that we need to learn and hold. Instead of writing more articles on the description of the state of emptiness, because emptiness is not something that words can reach, when you have really entered the state according to the line of practice, you can study and compare the incisive annotations of the ancestors and great virtues.

In the opening paragraph of the "Heart Sutra", "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva practiced deep prajnaparamita. He saw that the five aggregates were empty. He saved all suffering." In fact, this sentence has completely stated the state of the entire Buddhist path of liberation. If you really understand this passage, you will be able to practice the Dharma step by step as I have instructed to realize the realm for yourself. Then you will be able to see the entire Sanzang and twelve volumes of Buddhism at a glance, and you will be able to get rid of all suffering and gain All fun.Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is another Dharma name of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. From the standpoint of saving sentient beings and altruistic others, he is called Avalokitesvara, which means that he is always watching the voices of the world’s cry for help and hearing the voices to save suffering. Avalokitesvara is liberated from his own use. Establishing a name on the realm indicates that he can observe his own nature and gain great freedom.Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is the second coming of the ancient Buddha, and now he appears as the left and right hands of Amitabha Buddha. His status is that of Amitabha Buddha. He keeps delusions and nourishes life, leaving only the ignorance of the first grade of life, so he has been able to achieve supernatural powers freely, and now assists Amitabha Buddha in the ten dharma realms. Educating and guiding sentient beings to be reborn as a Buddha in the Western Paradise of Ultimate Bliss. This passage in the Heart Sutra says that when Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is "practicing deep prajna", that is, when he is in the state of great utility of prajna emptiness wisdom, he can "see the five aggregates are empty", and the five aggregates contain phenomena. All sentient beings in the realm see their form, feelings, thoughts, actions, and consciousness from the realm of emptiness that they abide in. What they see is the reality of dependent arising in which the five aggregates are empty, not the realm in which everything is real in the eyes of ordinary beings. Therefore, the same world can be seen by different people's eyes, and different worlds will appear. Because all dharmas are manifested by each person's consciousness, what is the state of your mind, the external world you see will be different. how.For example, when looking at the same person, a Buddha will think that he is a Buddha, a Bodhisattva will think that he is a Bodhisattva, a good person will think that he is also a good person, and an evil person who is full of injustice will think that this person is not much better. In the same environment, people who are in a good mood feel that the environment is beautiful, and people who are in a bad mood don’t like everything. This shows that it is the strength and state of the mind that determines the difference in the realm of the external world. From this we can see that in the past you always believed in your consciousness that you would always be a loser, and your failure to date has really been imagined by you. Doesn’t this prove the power of your heart? If you truly realize this, from now on, you must truly believe that you will succeed, that you can achieve what you want, and that if you truly believe in the truth of all dharmas and idealism revealed by the saints for us; your heart is Buddha, you are God, Everything is created by your mind, so the good cause you start to recreate now will surely become the result you want in the future. If you really understand what you see here, and follow it, you will have completed all the courses for becoming a Buddha that you apply.

All living beings are arrogantly attached to the real existence of the external world, and thus have countless sorrows, sorrows and sufferings, and Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva sees that all the five aggregates of the phenomenal world are empty and not real because of the eyes of emptiness, so he can transcend all suffering. Reach the other side of liberation, and live a life of freedom and liberation according to the truth. Therefore, there is only one way for all sentient beings to escape from suffering and attain happiness, and they also need to learn and uphold what the Bodhisattva taught to “see the five aggregates are empty.” If we can also practice meditation and see the truth of emptiness for ourselves, we will no longer be judged by it. All kinds of troubles have arisen from the control of external illusions. All the outside world is actually like a movie, and people who are confused will take it seriously, and they will follow their thoughts like a fool while watching it, and the acting is like a lunatic. Defilements come from the root of losing one's nature. In fact, all sentient beings in the Nine Dharma Realms have lost their true nature, and their behavior is no different from that of a madman and a fool. What is the meaning of life?We can find these answers in the practice of the Heart Sutra. As long as you really verify the methods and steps in this book, you will get all unimaginable and endless treasures, and this method is a free gift. No need to pay a dime.

"Sariputra. Form is not different from emptiness. Empty is not different from form. Form is emptiness. Empty is form. Feelings, thoughts, actions and consciousness. It's the same." For some wrong inertia. But in Buddhism, form is the emptiness of emptiness. It does not mean that everything in our concept is non-existent, but everything is there. Where does emptiness exist? In the midst of all things, where are you going to find space? You have to go to all things to find it, and only then can you have access. Therefore, it is said that form is not different from emptiness, and form is emptiness.

"Sariputra. It is the emptiness of all dharmas. It does not arise and does not die. It does not become dirty or pure. It does not increase or decrease. Therefore, there is no color in the sky. ...even to the world of the unconscious. No ignorance. No end of ignorance. No old age and death. No old age and death. No suffering. No wisdom. No gain."

"Sariputra. It is the emptiness of all dharmas. It does not arise and does not perish. It is not dirty or pure. It does not increase or decrease." Everyone inherently has a state like Buddha-nature. He has no birth and death in the first place. The birth and death of all things are all misunderstandings in our brains. Therefore, there is no real death in the human spirit and soul. At the same time, there is no difference between pure and dirty. In terms of appearance, everyone has various differences between good and bad according to the results of personal karma, but in the essence of emptiness All are equally impure. And the energy realm in emptiness is not increasing in the holy, nor decreasing in the ordinary, and it is equal and endless. Therefore, the Buddha sees all living beings as Buddhas, and will not look down on people, because what he sees in the eyes of the Buddha is all It is the reality of equality, not the illusion of difference in appearance. "That's why there is no form in the sky...no suffering, no path, no wisdom, and no gain." So if you look at it from the perspective of emptiness, because all phenomena are empty, everything has nothing to gain, and we ordinary people always look at appearances. See, everything will have birth and death, defilement, increase and decrease, gain and loss, and different attachments, but Buddhas and Bodhisattvas understand that all phenomena are only an illusion that arises temporarily and merges with false existence, so what ordinary people seem to have, Buddha It is said that there is no gain, and even the whole body and conscious mind have nothing. This "no gain" means that although it looks like it has something, it actually means nothing, so everyone should not mistakenly think that you have cultivated for a long time but you have nothing to gain, so why do you need to cultivate? In terms of appearance, you can still achieve everything, and you won't be allowed to cultivate in vain. When you truly enter the realm of emptiness and existence through practice, you will naturally no longer have such doubts and contradictions.

"Because there is no gain. Bodhisattva. Relying on Prajna Paramita. There is no straitjacket in the mind. There is no straitjacket. There is no fear. Away from upside-down dreams. Ultimate Nirvana." All phenomena are empty, so realize that there is nothing to gain, and if you have nothing to gain, you have nothing to lose, you can completely get rid of all kinds of upside-down anxiety caused by greed for gain and loss, and live forever in the emptiness and dharma of tranquility and nirvana. Those who have attained enlightenment and become Buddhas will no longer be lost as sentient beings, and will only follow the conditions to keep delusions and nourish their lives, retreat into various incarnations, and expand in the ten directions. Therefore, as long as we truly enter into the real state described in the Heart Sutra, you will be able to understand the nature of your mind and see the nature immediately, until you achieve all kinds of wisdom, and finally complete the state of Buddhahood and Nirvana.

"Because all the Buddhas of the three worlds relied on Prajnaparamita, they attained Anuttara-Samyaksabodhi." All the Buddhas in the ten directions and the three worlds also became Buddhas instantly because they realized this emptiness.Zen Buddhism says: "Clear your mind, see your nature, see your nature and become a Buddha." Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva said "seeing and seeing the five aggregates are empty" is that you can instantly become a Buddha with clear mind, see your nature, and be free from all suffering. And this stage refers to becoming a Buddha in principle, and then after realizing it again and then starting to cultivate, relying on the wisdom of emptiness and prajna, purifying the remaining habits and accumulating blessings and wisdom in the practice of things, until you achieve all kinds of wisdom of perfect teaching and perfect Buddhahood. The path of practice can be considered a success.

"That's why we know Prajna Paramita. It's the Great God Mantra. It's the Great Bright Mantra. It's the Unsurpassed Mantra. To save all sentient beings from all suffering and attain all happiness. The entire XNUMX volumes of Prajna scriptures, as well as all the Mahayana Buddhist scriptures, ultimately guide all sentient beings to return to their own nature, emptiness, and Buddha-nature. Only then can we hope to be completely free from suffering and achieve happiness.

At the end of the scripture: "Therefore, when you say the Prajna Paramita mantra, you say the mantra. Jiejiejie, Pharaohjie, Parasang Jieji, Bodhisattva Bodhisattva." The meaning of this mantra is to exhort sentient beings to truly be as before. By practicing according to the teachings, one can reach the other shore of liberation.

The Heart Sutra is a short two hundred and sixty words. The essence of it is that the truth of all dharmas can be explained in just a few words. It seems simple and unremarkable, but it can be easily explained by someone who has come to it. Otherwise, let you grope in secret for countless eons, and you will not be able to enter. If you want to expand it further and explain it in detail, it is all the contents of the twelve parts of the Tripitaka. Those who are truly comprehensible can enter it with just one sentence, just as the sixth patriarch Hui Neng heard the "Diamond Sutra": "There should be nowhere to abide, and one should be born with it. "Heart", he immediately knew how to use his sincerity to face the world.Even people who have the root nature of predestined enlightenment, as long as they see the various causes and conditions in the external environment, they can realize the Dao and become a Buddha by themselves, and they do not need any more teaching. Therefore, the key to enlightenment is not how much scriptures and teachings you have studied, but whether you have the right way to start, and whether you have come across someone to give you guidance, and how much can you really practice according to the teachings? How much do you realize? The so-called one-pass, all-pass, pass is the most important, if not, the more you learn Buddhist knowledge and practice, the more you will suffer from indigestion and cause illness. And how to get through the fastest? At the end of the day, just put the two words "let go", really practice these two words, and then choose a main practice method according to what I mentioned earlier, take in the six faculties, and do the meditation practice method inward, and you will be able to master it very quickly. To be more specific, first of all, like us, we must first truly let go of all worldly predestined relationships and all worldly hurdles, and become a monk and devote ourselves to the practice. Those who do not have the conditions to become a monk should also make such a wish first, and then move towards this goal. Do as much as you want, and this is the beginning of the practice. The so-called "letting go" is not just talking about it. If you say letting go, but your heart and mind are still pursuing the five desires, then you can't start cultivating until the year of the ox and the horse. Therefore, in practice, you must first let go of the mundane existence, and then you can hope to enter into the emptiness of the world. After you have truly entered the emptiness, you must leave the emptiness. At that time, you will enter the realm of emptiness and existence. You can re-enter the WTO to mention that everything exists without any hindrance to the directors, and you can play supernatural powers in the Ten Dharma Realms without any hindrance.

As soon as some people see the empty space in the Heart Sutra, they mistakenly think that there is nothing at all, and they cultivate to the end of "no wisdom and no gain." Escape into the door of emptiness, as if it will completely lose everything in the world, this is a big mistake, in fact, as the "Heart Sutra" says, "emptiness is form."Wonderful beings can be born in the sky, because there is nothing to gain from emptiness, so there is nothing to gain. As long as one day you can truly enter into emptiness and enter the room, you will be able to gain nothing from the immeasurable treasures inherent in your own home, and truly become famous. Truly great, great virtue. This kind of wealth is absolutely unmatched by the emperors in the world and even all the gods in the sky. This is the correct way to achieve everything you want and achieve everything! If you don't go out of your heart to ask for help and fight for others, it's all useless.Although I have only gradually entered the room over the years, I have always felt that there is no lack. On the one hand, I need less and less externally. This kind of inner self-confidence, wealth and stability is not outside the world. People can feel the slightest.

At this point, a "Heart Sutra" is complete. I don't want to give you too many quotes from Yu Tanxuan. I don't want to show my ability too much, but I want to give you the core principles and the order of practice. Ming, the intention is to lead everyone to experience it for yourself. If you practice a little bit, you will naturally have a little bit of experience, and eventually you will be able to understand me. If you don’t work hard in the field first, then you will only be able to count the treasures of others. , I am useless, and I waste my words in vain, so I also advise fellow practitioners and friends who like to study profound and mysterious principles, put down the words and words, and first gather the body and mind, keep the precepts, enter the marriage and realize the empty sign. Bar!
