When you don’t get it, you will suffer from not getting what you want, and when you get it, you will suffer from fear of losing. There is never a moment that can really bring happiness, and some short-term happiness is just a kind of self-deception. It's just an illusion of the senses, and this is the common situation of the idiots in the world.A truly happy person should always have no fear, no worries, no suffering in his heart, and no burden to get what he gets. He is pure and free. This is true happiness.

In my own life, like ordinary people, I have endured various pains from family, studies, work, personnel, etc., and my inner confusion is more than ordinary people, so when I was nearly XNUMX years old, when I was in the Mood for Love, I decided to choose To resolve the pain by suicide.Unexpectedly, I was rescued by suicide twice in a row within two weeks. It really made me experience a situation where not only I could not survive, but I could not even die.As an ordinary person in life and death, it is true that life and death cannot be controlled by others, and all kinds of things cannot be controlled by others!But being a saint is different. A saint has the ability to truly and completely get rid of suffering and gain happiness, to be free from life and death, and to control his own destiny.Perhaps it is the law that the extremes of things must reverse, so that I have reached the point where I have nowhere to go, and I have encountered the Buddhadharma. The Buddhadharma contains all the good things in the world, but it surpasses all the good methods in the world, because the Buddhadharma can further help us. To get rid of life and death, and completely solve the root cause of all suffering.The root cause of all suffering in the world comes from the existence of life and death. If the problem of life and death is solved, and one enters the realm of neither birth nor death, then one can truly be completely free from suffering and attain happiness.How do you say this?In this world, no matter how old or young, everyone will face his own pain in his life. Even if there is a person who has a happy life, a happy family, a prosperous career, a worry-free heart, and all kinds of wealth, but all this is only If you can have it temporarily, after the end of your life, it still doesn’t belong to you, and the more you have, the more happy and satisfied you feel from it. When you have to lose all of it, your pain will follow with interest. You, nothing less than the pain of others in the world.Just think how terrifying this is!Moreover, the Buddha also told us that human life is not just this life, it is endless life after life, and the unending suffering in this life must continue to be suffered in the next life. Therefore, an ordinary being who is suffering and stupid, his suffering is likewise endless for life, and a saint who can truly get rid of suffering and obtain happiness, his happiness will also not disappear after life after life. Cause and effect are calculated in this way.

I have been practicing Buddhism for XNUMX years. When will I truly taste liberation and happiness?It’s only a recent event, so cultivation is very hard, but it’s even harder if you don’t cultivate. There is no free lunch in the world, and it always takes a lot of hard work and hard work to get something.In the first few years of cultivation, if you just cultivate blessings at home and form a good relationship, you will not have the opportunity to experience the suffering of the practice. If you have the opportunity to become a monk and become a full-time practitioner, then you will definitely You will face the test of real guns and live ammunition, and only at this time can you start the real practice.What is the practice of practice?It is the afflictions mentioned in the previous section that we need to counteract our own afflictions. From the five fundamental afflictions of greed, hatred, ignorance, and doubt, they are boundless and boundless afflictions.Originally, these afflictions have been with us for a long time, and we usually do not notice them very much, but once we start to practice, these afflictions will begin to appear together, and you will really see them instead of turning a blind eye. , and then you will mistakenly think that it is okay to practice without intention, why you feel more and more troubles as soon as you enter Buddhism and practice, in fact, this is an illusion.Just like there is a term in natural medicine called "improvement response". Before a disease is about to be cured, it will show various detoxification phenomena. After the detoxification is completed, the disease will be cured.If there is no such process, all the viruses are still hidden in the body, then when the body and mind are poisoned, they will die!It's too late.Therefore, the most difficult stage of cultivation is about the first five to ten years, which is an inevitable process.Of course, there is an exception, that is, like Master Huineng, the sixth patriarch of the Zen sect, as soon as he encounters the Buddhadharma, he can enlighten his mind and see his nature. Incomparably, although the afflictions and habits are still very heavy, and it will take a long time to deal with them, there will be no more painful feelings in the process, because the heart has been completely enlightened and liberated, and only the transformation of the habit and fault is left.But in order for a person to be able to realize an epiphany in an instant, he has to rely on the accumulation of a certain amount of fire through the gradual cultivation and enlightenment over the past few kalpas, and then he will hit the predestination and realize the Dao immediately, so this is also something that cannot be forced.However, everyone who walks will leave traces. Although there will be many painful tests in the first few years of practice, there are still small joys that can be used now. These small joys will be realized through your continuous practice. The accumulation deepens and deepens, until the seasons and karma are mature, and the heart will enter the Tao in an instant, and then all the sufferings in the present moment will be completely resolved.In the first twelve years of my practice, I could not feel the joy of liberation. I could only occasionally get some superficial happiness until I sensed the blessings of Buddha power into my heart. Similar to the feeling of complete liberation, but it is not the real liberation, because it is the infusion of Tofo's merit and it is similar to liberation.It's like you inherited your father's legacy and became the chairman, but you don't actually have this strength yourself, so you can't be proficient in everything in the process of business management.Although I didn’t fully realize it, I still had various realizations of cultivation and realization on weekdays, but I didn’t fully understand what merits and virtues I realized at the time, until there was a strong predestined relationship that gave you a foothold and let you see your own face completely. Once you truly see the state of the realm that you have attained on a regular basis, then the major issue of liberation from life and death will be resolved.During the period from the twelfth year to the twentieth year of my practice, on the surface, it seemed that I was very liberated, and my blessings and wisdom were quite abundant. , I always don't know how many levels we haven't seen and don't know, so I haven't been able to gain complete inner peace and freedom, until recently I met an enlightened person who clearly and subtly expressed his realization. At the time of the enlightenment process, in comparison, it was exactly the same. At this time, I dared to take the responsibility directly. I have really entered the house. The sense of liberation is truly complete. Life and death are over, and everything is just waiting for the water to come to fruition. The next practice can be clear, separate from the appearance and cultivate, and it is extremely free.

The life of a cultivator sometimes seems to be more miserable than that of the worldly people, but in fact, if you don’t practice cultivation, it will definitely be more miserable now and in the future. There are too many examples in this world for us to see.If you don’t practice, you will have to suffer first and then suffer. When the blessings are finished, and when you are old, sick, and unable to open your wisdom, you have no choice but to suffer.Although practitioners will also experience short-term pain, they will eventually end their hardships. If they go in the right direction, they are heading towards the bright road. If they go to the five desires and six dusts of the world, it must be a fate of sinking.Destiny is in our own hands. To ascend, to sink, to be happy, and to suffer, it all depends on us. Those who can help themselves must be helped by God and the Buddha.
