It is taught in the Heart Sutra. , How to realize this thing?I often talk to people about the cultivation of the realm.That is, the more difficult things you encounter, you just pick it up, think of a sentence in the Buddha's French, and then you can enter.It’s impossible for you to meditate like we usually do. Sometimes you face the situation, and the situation is between you and people, because sometimes people have greed, hatred and delusion, and there is great greed, hatred, and delusion. On the other hand, the Buddha told us that our xinxing does not increase or decrease. Why is my mind so chaotic?You will start to meditate. You don't have to cultivate in the mountains. You can also cultivate in the city. So I often talk to people about cultivating in the realm, and then you may become involved in the reality.No matter if you go to study Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, or the Eight Great Schools, he must know the First Noble Truth.This is the best law that is best taught in Buddhism. Everyone is equal, no matter if you live in Hong Kong, he lives in Taipei, then I live on the mountain, and she lives under the mountain, all are equal.

Master Bhikkhu: The eight precepts are equivalent to the precepts of being close to the monk, and the ten precepts of being close to the novice monks. Therefore, after you plant this cause, you will have the seeds of being a monk.So the path to Bodhi will surely blossom and bear fruit.

Master Bhikkhu: These are all koan. The Buddha's previous koan is like this. If you hold the eight precepts for one day and one night, you will have such outstanding merits, and he will be able to be a demon king. Look at how outstanding you are. You don’t want the eight precepts. If you look down on him, you should observe the eight precepts individually, that is, individual liberation precepts. That's how you take one of the individual liberation precepts.
Master Renjing: Receive one and relieve one.
Master Bhikkhu: Yes.Receiving the eight precepts is the eight liberating precepts. After this seed is planted, you should not underestimate the small eight precepts.If you take your heart, and really take it with all your heart, the results after this seed is planted will be very extraordinary.The Buddha has always encouraged the lay members to observe the eight fasts.You have the five precepts. The five precepts are at home, Upo Sai, Upo Auntie Precepts.If you take the eight precepts, it is equivalent to the precepts of being a monk.
Master Renjing: Yes.
Master Bhikkhu: So the predestined condition is very special. We are all encouraging the lay people. If there is a predestined condition, you will have to receive eight fasts at home on the six fasts.Some people have less predestined conditions, but only if they have sufficient predestined conditions. Otherwise, according to the Buddha's system, you should have the eight fasts on the sixth day of fasts. Some of them are more motivated to receive ten fasts every month. For ten days, he received ten fasts.
Master Renjing to Jiezi and Master Bhikkhu: You also have to accept as much as possible.Because they have received the Bodhisattva ordination of the Brahma Net Sutra, they should try their best to receive the ten or three-month fast.
Master Bhikkhu: If there is a cause and condition, if you have enough, you should take it if you don't go to work or whatever, and take care of our body and mind. Otherwise, sometimes it is really red! There is no such commandment to restrict.We all know how, the mind is a little more relaxed, if you have feelings, you have a reason for the precepts, you are, hey, no!Your body and mind are more capable. We said that you can grow into a body through this precept. It is the precept to prevent evil and stop evil.When you have already received it, when you encounter a realm, if you have this precept, then you, no, I am subject to eight fasts today, and I can’t do it.If you don’t receive it, you can just cook it casually (in Taiwanese), because without the precepts, when you don’t receive it, sometimes people just feel a little more relaxed in their hearts.
Master Renjing: I'll let it go first! There is no such kind of restraint.

There was a sentence in the sutra, saying that our hearts were very pure, but at that time, how could our hearts be quiet? Think intuitively, think all the time.Then the third time, the girl asked me, what will I do after I go back?I said I was going to become a monk, but when I saw her, I knew it, and my heart would be bumped. I said yes, but at that time I was studying Buddhism, so I received the five precepts. The Buddha went to receive the five precepts in one month. I said, okay if I go to become a monk in the future?He said yes, said there was no problem, but he should take care of it.
Master Renjing: So it means that the first two mentions of that insight were not enough, and the third time it was effective.
Master Bhikkhu: Yes.Another time I went to help chanting. My father passed away to help chanting, and then chanted Amitabha. At that time, he just learned Buddhism and didn’t know anything. Even when people said that he needed to help chanting when he died, I went there, and then went there at one o'clock in the evening. Next to the Kaohsiung Jinshan Temple, there seemed to be three or four coffins there. I didn’t know. I was there to help the recitation. I was Amitabha. I would feel horror in my heart.
