So today I’m preaching the precepts this time. I want to give you a special blessing. The same is the eight precepts. The rituals are the same, but there is one place, that is, the most important place.This place is called the Living Buddha Dharma, but the living Dharma is not just for everyone. You can feel different blessings from this place. We can also experience how the Dharma can be applied from here. It was supposed to be used flexibly, but if you are not a beginner, you can use it indiscriminately.Where is it when we receive the three refuges? When we receive the three refuges, it is when we have the eight precepts to feel the vows. We will wait a moment to recite the third part, the part of the oath of the three refuges. , Don’t get up immediately after praying, there will be a part of visualization. I will use a more special method for this part of visualization. All schools must be mastered, but we generally recite the Buddha more often, and it is simpler. So if we specialize in the Pure Land, I will use it. Before the content, I was in the visualization part with us, I don’t know. Do you still have the impression that there is this bright auspicious cloud above your head, like a funnel, and then the merits are poured in. This is a traditional method of visualization, and I will change this, oh!How can you be so bold and change indiscriminately.I just dare to do it, why do I dare to do it?Because I am sure what I am doing is correct. This is called applying the Dharma to life, and does it make sense for you to change it?You must be sure that you can be more extraordinary, and it will only make sense if you change it. So we don't change this teaching at will. The spirit is the same as the spirit of spiritual ordination. The content cannot be changed but the method is changed. What is the spirit?It is that we have to feel the blessings of merit in the process. You will get the precepts only when you feel the precepts. Some people do not seem to receive the precepts after receiving the precepts for a long time. The temperament has not been transformed, and the heart is not moved. !That is not feeling the precepts.Is this our goal?right?The purpose of receiving.

 

If this visualization process can feel more cordial, for example, if we often recite Amitabha, we bless it by visualizing Amitabha. Isn't it more cordial?Is the feeling stronger?In this case, can our effect be better?Does this make sense?If it makes sense, this can be used. If I changed the entire content today, then this won't work. Then, if I change it later, it's not Buddhism, it's not Buddhism, Taoism or Christianity, then it won't work.Therefore, there are benefits of flexibly using, but this is general and not something beginners can do. Then I do this kind of thing occasionally, because I don’t like to be restrained a lot. I have been a monk for XNUMX years, and I teach all aspects. And what I’m doing, I know very well myself, and it will only be better. If I don’t be better, I won’t do it. If I make a mistake, it’s even more impossible, because there is cause and effect. .Then I usually have done something similar, and I also use the Dharma, and then I feel that I am very special and I have gained merit, but not everyone knows what I am doing, because some of them look at the appearance!Looking at the appearance, you are very persistent. You can't change this word. Your clothes...Let me give you an example. In ancient times, Buddhism was passed from India in the past. The clothes that people in India wear are different from those they wear when they become monks and they wear clothes at home. Did you say that there was any change?Yes!If you can’t change it, then everyone should show their shoulders. We Chinese are not used to it, right?You see, we have all changed!This is the official uniform of the Han Dynasty, and there is a Haiqing in it.Officials in the Han Dynasty went to see the uniforms and official uniforms worn by the emperor. Isn’t that changed now?This is called using Buddhism, it also shows its solemnity, it does not wear a backless outfit, does it?That's already out of that solemn spirit, right?It is the same. It combines different cultures and regions. It can have different forms of expression, but you need to be able to grasp the spirit. This is called using Buddhism. If you don’t use it, you see that we Chinese are more conservative, then India is very hot!You see, Taiwan is sometimes cold in winter!It’s even colder in mainland China. If you show off your shoulders, and show off your shoulders on the oblique side, you won’t be cold to death, right?Who can stand wearing it like this every day!And it's not solemn, because it loses the spirituality of solemnity, so it must be opened up, and it must be used flexibly. This is a high-level teaching method.

 

I want to take this opportunity to let you understand that studying Buddhism and the Fa don’t die under teaching, don’t learn more and become stupid, the more you learn, the more you lose wisdom, the more you learn, the more you learn. If this doesn’t work, that doesn’t work, and then look at other people’s problems. What's wrong with you, that's wrong, wrong!People are in a higher realm, but you can’t understand it, because you have to know how to use the Dharma and how to use it. That is when you use your wisdom, but ordinary people can’t change it at will. You are not sure. Your teaching doesn’t make sense, and you don’t know what you’re doing. I just want to change it. Then you’re not sure that the effect will be better after the change. Then you can’t change it arbitrarily, you have to be sure you want it. When you have that realm yourself, you can do this.So this is the opportunity for us to learn a very important point. No matter what we learn, we must learn through, learn to use, and be able to learn to use it. Don’t learn from the appearance, there will definitely be problems, and you must learn to a certain degree. There will be problems.Some people keep the precepts very seriously and rigorously, but they forget what the purpose of keeping the precepts is. The purpose of keeping the precepts is not to make me do all the actions very well. That’s the purpose. No, that’s not the purpose, you. The living Buddha of Jigong, who drank and ate meat, became a Buddha!He didn't learn the precepts, nor did he deliberately learn the precepts of Zen!He learns and keeps the precepts from the heart!People are not according to Buddhahood, so that is not the goal. Keeping the precepts is the basic and necessary auxiliary. But what is the goal?The purpose of your precepts is to help you attain concentration. If we people understand the rules, the mind and body will become calm, the mind will calm down, and the karma will gradually disappear. But after attaining concentration, is it still not the goal?No, it is not the purpose. The real purpose is to open up wisdom. This wisdom requires that you have the time to have concentration. Only when our hearts are quiet can you be able to enlighten. Concentration is not an end, it is just a necessary process, then if you cling to that, oh!Just meditating all day, it’s so cool and doesn’t care about people. This is called Ding, and that’s wrong, isn’t it?Perseverance in appearance or rules.Then you say, I don’t need to behave or make a good plan. That’s not okay. That is basic and auxiliary. When can you use it?When you are wise, use it when you should use it, and don’t pretend when you shouldn’t use it. I am holding the precepts, I am meditating, and I am very cultivating. Does that become pretentious?That's not your kung fu!There are many such people!This kind of person doesn't know how to do it at first time, and it is easy to do old repairs, so he feels wow!I am already very strong. I understand many of my precepts. I often receive the eight fasts, I take the Bodhisattva precepts, how do I.... Then I can sit for a few hours in meditation, and sit and sleep there for a few hours. Who doesn’t meeting?That's not the purpose, the purpose is whether your wisdom is open?Those who really open up know how to use them flexibly. They must be flexibly used. There is no way to be rigid. The scripture says: "There is no definite method in the law," right?If you want to make sense, you also need an opportunity!

 

Different countries, like me, have different methods when I go abroad. Sometimes people are scared to death, and people are scared to death if they don't understand, but I will consider the cause, what we need to do will be better, then of course others don't understand!Don't know our situation.Different countries have different customs, right?Then you have a different approach. Ancient times are different from modern times, right?So you are going. Now the truth is that I want to guide you to open your own minds, don’t be rigid. Dharma is alive. This is very, very important. After you have this concept, you will know what the sutra says is indefinite. You talk about a lot of principles and rules, but you also tell you that the law has no fixed law. It doesn't have to be correct. Then you think which one is right?It’s all right. When you’re learning the basics, you have to behave well and learn everything well, but when you’re familiar with it, you have the ability to judge when to open up and when to make use of it, and you are sure that the result is good. Yes, you are sure that you can be responsible for cause and effect, so that you are using wisdom to apply it. At the stage of using the Dharma, if you do not reach this level, then you will never be able to graduate. This is the last level.So don’t learn anything from a superficial aspect. The superficial is not nothing. Because everything is illusion. In fact, there is nothing to learn. No matter how well you learn a superficial, it is also fake. Yes, it’s not your real kung fu. Real kung fu requires your wisdom to be turned on and then transformed into your own temperament in your xinxing. That is intangible, understand?This concept is very, very important. After you have this concept, you must not forget it. After you have this concept, you will not deviate from this path. You will not deviate in one year, two years, five years and ten years, otherwise you will cultivate you. Walk more and more, at first it was straight and straight. Follow everyone to learn the rules honestly, but slowly and slowly, you don’t know it yourself, you are very rigid and obsessed with that aspect!You slowly drifted away. You don't know it yourself. After five years and ten years, you will find that when you look back, I have deviated very far from the right path. It was very difficult to change at that time!This is to protect yourself from going the wrong way.

 

Secondly, it means to help oneself be able to truly open up wisdom, knowing that Buddhism is alive, and Taoism is the same. No method is not lively. This principle can be interlinked. This is very, very important.So taking this opportunity today, I also suddenly thought of this inspiration, okay!Today may be the last time to preach the precepts together. The Eight Passes can also be preached along with one or two of them. I used to be our masters, law-abiding lawyers, and they are like this. People who are willing to take precepts because of the predestined conditions, so are he. Help him to teach it, it’s all the same, then today I thought about that, otherwise we, some of our fellow practitioners are also very serious, they also followed us to Malaysia to receive the Bodhisattva ordination, and then they are usually quite honest. I've been following it for a few years, I just thought it would be fine!Then give you some blessings.Then we are very familiar with this Amitabha Buddha, maybe you are not very familiar, but you can understand it, you can even visualize, when you are taking the ordination, you can visualize the Buddha that you are very close to, and the one you usually worship. Or your Taoist Sanqing Dao ancestors, Mazu... all ancestors are good, if you are happy, you can be familiar with it, then the blessing power will be very strong, but because you came here, you have a good relationship with the Buddha, then Buddha Amitabha is the king of Buddhas. Almost every person of every religion will have destiny with him. Therefore, it is very suitable for you to use him to visualize today. Then we usually recite Buddha for ten or twenty years. It’s very familiar, so wait a minute. Let’s just change the content of the visualization part. You can feel the difference and see if there is any difference. Because this is the difference in intimacy, the blessings you will get will also be different. .This is the content of my design, so you can check it, is there any deviation from the right path in my flexible use of the Dharma?I often do not happen occasionally, I am also a mage who often has some special practices, but there are some controversies when it comes to it!Many people admire me very much!But there are some very rigid ones. Of course, there are many people who judge only on the surface. There may be more. Then I don’t care. Our practice is to cultivate ourselves, and being responsible for ourselves is the most important thing. Those who are destined, let us share with them. This merit is learned together; if there is no predestined condition, it means that each has its own cause and condition, and we will not be affected. That's it.Okay, let's start the first part of the vow, stand up first, and kneel long!Stand up and kneel long.

Okay, the next step is the Three Conversions. The Baguanzhai is to feel the vows during the process of the Three Conversions, so after reciting the vows once, we don’t need to get up immediately after worshiping. At that time, we started to visualize,

Swear to go to the Buddha, two feet win the deity;

Swear to go to the monk and tune into the deity; the three treasures are what they belong to. (worship)

 

Visualize Amitabha Buddha and Avalokitesvara at the top of our heads, to prove our sincere refuge. I and all sentient beings in the ten directions, sincerely worship and refuge, we swear to swear all evil, to cultivate all good, to save all sentient beings, and to achieve perfection. Buddhism.At this time, the three holy sages in the West praised the practitioner’s motivation like a loving mother, and released immeasurable purity and blessings. This light was injected from the top of the walker’s head into the body and mind of the walker. At this time, my karma received the blessing of the three sages’ love, and my heart began to shake. Turn all evil thoughts into good thoughts, and the pure and good karma precepts like a Buddha appear in the heart, surging into the void and filling the world of Dharma. (Get up).

At this time, in the ten directions of the Void Dharma realm, the pure precepts gathered at the top of the head are injected into the body and mind from our top door to be pure Precepts have filled the entire world of mind and body, accepted as a vast and boundless body of pure precepts. Now our body and mind have been integrated with the void world, so the ring body we feel is spread all over the entire void world.
