在疫情面前的保命之道 The way to save lives in the face of a Pandemic
俗話說「危機就是轉機」,在面對可能將是漫長的全球性新冠病毒的威脅之時,若想要在染病機率高而生存機率低的情況下保命,大家真的需要認真學習看待這件事。
為隨喜分擔政府辛勤推廣居家防疫,亦略盡法師弘法本分,我會在五月一日終止臉書弘法之前的這段期間,再陸續給大家分享個人過去閉方便關(禁足)總約十年的親身體驗,好友們若是能一步步跟隨實踐,必定能保命、自在,並能轉大危機為大轉機,最終成就無上菩提,反之若以輕忽的心態面對疫情,恐將會後悔莫及,希望大家能保持平常心而又能謹慎確實地做好正確的因應之道。
普通人,假日在家待上幾天不出門,都會覺得坐立難安,居家防疫至少十四天,那更是度日如年,也難怪許多人不顧重罰而衝破防線,出門趴趴走。如何才能練就在家閉關的功夫,消除障礙,安然自得,甚至能藉機成功修養身心呢?首先就要先發願,也就是心理學上講的先做好心理暗示,這個力量很大,先給我們的潛意識發下指令,爾後只要按照正確的步驟一一學習,就可以待在家裏如度假養生一般地愉悅安心。

The way to save lives in the face of a Pandemic
As the saying goes, "Crisis is a turning point". In order to stay alive in face of a possible long-term global threat of coronavirus pandemic, with high probabilities of infection but low survival rates, you need to learn to take this situation seriously.
To share the government's effort in promoting home-based pandemic prevention and also fulfilling the role of a Dharma Master, I will be sharing consecutively with you my past personal experience of a 10-year solitary retreat at convenience (staying confined). If fellow friends can follow the practice step by step, you will be able to stay alive, be at ease, and also turn the crisis into a great opportunity and ultimately achieve supreme Bodhi. Otherwise you may regret if you take the pandemic lightly. I hope that everyone can maintain a calm attitude and also make the right response with care and certainty.
Normal people would get restless staying inside for just for a few days, let alone a minimum 14-day pandemic prevention self-quarantine with each passing day feel more like a year. It's no wonder that in spite of having to pay heavy penalties, many people still breached the line of defense and got outside. So how can we overcome obstacles, be at ease and attain mastery from the practice of an At-Home retreat, perhaps even taking the opportunity to cultivate our body and mind with success? Firstly, make a vow; that is to say, apply “The Psychology of Suggestion” as it’s very powerful in giving prior instructions to our subconscious. Then, as long as proper steps are learnt accordingly, you will be able to stay home as if on a wellness vacation with joy and ease.
